中哈两国一直是能源合作的重要伙伴，两国在石油领域的合作成果多，且非常牢固。当前清洁能源产业快速发展的背景下，两国的清洁能源合作也提上日程，因为在原本能源合作方面有牢固的基础，因此中哈两国在清洁能源合作领域的合作开展更为顺利。但是，也要认识到清洁能源不同于其他的行业，尤其自身的特点和发展的规律，所以在对于中哈清洁能源合作方面需要两个不断探索，发现适合中哈清洁能源合作的模式和路径，实现中哈能源合作的进一步升级。本文结合能源合作相关理论对于中国和哈萨克斯坦清洁能源领域合作的相关内容展开研究。首先，通过分析中国与哈萨克斯坦在清洁能源合作方面存在的主要优势来论证了合作可行性，同时对于当前两国以及展开的清洁能源合作情况介绍。其次，进一步对于中国与哈萨克斯坦清洁能源合作的主要几个路径进行介绍，包括设备进出口贸易、项目投资、产能合作、技术合作，并且进一步通过实证分析来佐证，最终根据当前合作现状，分析了中哈能源合作的趋势。最后，总结了在中国和哈萨克斯坦能源合作中现在存在的一些问题和不足，并且对于外部存在的影响因素进行分析，提出中哈清洁能源合作的对策建议。

本研究通过定性和定量分析相结合的方法分析了中哈清洁能源合作的可行性和必要性。实证结果突出了进口设备对发展清洁能源的重要性，中国在清洁能源设备生产方面具有一定优势，并且中国同哈萨克斯坦地缘较近，促进从中国进口相关设备的贸易开放政策将有助于哈萨克斯坦在清洁能源方面的进一步发展。对于中国和哈萨克斯坦都有非常积极的意义，不仅可以优化两国能源领域的发展，而且有利于中哈产业合作的升级，促进两国关系。但是对于当前合作不够成熟的情况下，中哈清洁能源合作中还存在一些消极因素以及不确定性，通过文本研究可以更加清晰了解当前双边清洁能源领域合作的现状以及在合作中存在的不确定性和可能性，帮助中哈清洁能源合作的政策制定以及发展路径提供参考，也为中国和其他的中亚国家的合作提供了一个范例。

China and Kazakhstan have always been important partners in energy cooperation. The cooperation between the two countries in the oil field has achieved many and very solid results. Against the background of the rapid development of the clean energy industry, clean energy cooperation between the two countries is also on the agenda. Because of the solid foundation of the original energy cooperation, the cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the field of clean energy cooperation has been carried out more smoothly. However, we must also realize that clean energy is different from other industries, especially its own characteristics and development laws. Therefore, two continuous explorations are needed in terms of China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation to find a suitable model and path for China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation. Realize the further upgrade of Sino-Kazakh energy cooperation. This article combines the relevant theories of energy cooperation to study the relevant content of cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the field of clean energy. First of all, by analyzing the main advantages of China and Kazakhstan in clean energy cooperation to demonstrate the feasibility of cooperation, and at the same time introduce the current situation of the two countries and the development of clean energy cooperation. Secondly, it further introduces the main paths of China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation, including equipment import and export trade, project investment, production capacity cooperation, and technical cooperation. It is further supported by empirical analysis, and finally analyzed based on the current cooperation status. The trend of China-Kazakhstan energy cooperation. Finally, it summarizes some existing problems and shortcomings in energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan, and analyzes the external influencing factors, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation.

This study analyzed the feasibility and necessity of China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The empirical results highlight the importance of imported equipment for the development of clean energy. China has certain advantages in the production of clean energy equipment, and China is geographically close to Kazakhstan. The promotion of trade opening policies for importing related equipment from China will help Kazakhstan Further development in clean energy. It has a very positive significance for China and Kazakhstan. It can not only optimize the development of the energy sector between the two countries, but also facilitate the upgrading of China-Kazakhstan industrial cooperation and promote the relations between the two countries. However, as the current cooperation is not mature enough, there are still some negative factors and uncertainties in the Sino-Kazakh clean energy cooperation. Through the research in this article, we can have a clearer understanding of the current bilateral clean energy cooperation and the uncertainties in the cooperation. And the possibility to help China-Kazakhstan clean energy cooperation policy formulation and development path to provide a reference, but also provide a model for cooperation between China and other Central Asian countries.
