绿色信贷作为一种经济手段，对推动产业结构升级、推动经济的高质量发展都具有着重要的意义。本文基于2005-2021年全国31个省份的平衡面板数据，构建了双向固定效应模型，对绿色信贷对产业结构升级的影响进行了实证研究。研究结果表明：（1）绿色信贷对产业结构升级具有正向促进作用，且十分显著；（2）绿色信贷对产业结构升级的影响存在地域性差异，对经济基础较好的东部地区影响并不显著，对经济相对落后的中西部地区的影响更为显著。因此，健全绿色信贷相关法律法规并加强监管，积极引导信贷资金的流动，完善监管机构与金融机构之间的信息共享机制，对于提高绿色信贷对产业结构的正向促进作用具有着重要意义。

    Green credit is an important economic instrument that promotes the upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality economic development. The paper uses balanced panel data from 31 provinces in China between 2005 and 2021 to construct a two-way fixed-effects model and empirically studies the impact of green credit on industrial structure upgrading. The study results indicate that: (1) Green credit plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure. (2) There are geographical differences in the impact of green credit on the upgrading of the industrial structure. The impact on the eastern region, which has a better economic foundation, is insignificant, while the impact on the central and western regions, which are relatively backward in terms of the economy, is more significant. Therefore, it is important to improve the laws and regulations related to green credit, strengthen supervision, actively guide the flow of credit funds, and improve the information-sharing mechanism between regulatory agencies and financial institutions. This will enhance the positive impact of green credit on the industrial structure.
