伴随中国国企改革的深入进行,企业的新老问题并存,作为长期发展的动力和保障,人力资源管理工作日益凸显其重要性,构建公平合理的薪酬管理体系有助于提高企业的竞争能力,对获得企业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于薪酬管理理论和方法,以YH集团公司作为分析对象,对其现行的薪酬体系问题进行诊断和分析,研究探讨了企业人力资源结构和制度复杂的情况下,应该如何引入和重新设计薪酬体系,以达到统一管理,节省成本,提高士气的目的。只有通过建立合理的薪酬体系才能够吸引人才、留住人才,并且激发员工的积极性,提高工作绩效,从而保障公司长远稳定发展。本文针对YH集团公司现行的薪酬管理存在的主要矛盾和问题,做出自己的诊断,并设计出了一套可操作性较强的薪酬方案,包括薪酬设计原则、工作分析和岗位评价、薪酬结构确定等,通过满意度调查问卷和可行性分析,得出最终结论,并提出了新方案实施过程中需要注意的问题及对未来研究方向的展望。本文的研究结论对同类企业的薪酬体系重建具有一定参考和借鉴价值。

Accompanied by the deepening of China's state-owned enterprises reform, we are facing new and old problems at the same time. As impetus and protection of a long-term development, human resources management has become increasingly prominent of its importance. It is of great significance for sustainable development of enterprises to build a fair and reasonable compensation management system to improve the competitiveness. Based on the compensation management theories and methods, the current compensation system of YH Group Corporation will be diagnosed and analyzed in the thesis. The author will discuss how to introduce and redesign a new compensation system in complex circumstances of human resources structure and system in order to achieve unified management, cost savings and higher morale. Only through the establishment of a reasonable compensation system, a company will be able to attract and retain the talents, inspire the enthusiasm of the staff, and then improve working performance and keep the company's long-term and stable development.Taking YH Group Corporation as the study objective, the existing compensation management problems will be found and analyzed, and a package of practical proposals will be offered by satisfaction questionnaire and feasibility analysis. Besides, a new proposal will point out the issues that should be paid an attention in the implementation process and should be studied in the future. The conclusions of this thesis will be valuable for the human resources management of similar enterprises.
