21世纪是信息化的时代,我国也在加快教育信息化改革,当大环境不断在改善的同时,一线教学也应跟上时代的潮流,让教学实践接受新鲜事物,试着用新的教育技术来改善我们的教学困惑。聋生由于听力受损导致的信息传递障碍,这在教学中表现为不能完整接受老师的讲解,参与教学活动的积极性不高。现代教育技术发展迅速,内容丰富,可开发利用的资源非常多,且教育信息技术具有直观性、交互性等特点,极大丰富聋生获取信息的方式,本研究是利用实际条件具备的教育技术创建一个交互性的技术环境,设计教学活动,来帮助聋生学习数学,提高聋生数学问题解决能力。本研究通过创设交互的信息技术教学环境,综合使用交互电子白板、几何画板、思维导图等教育技术,分析聋生数学问题解决能力的薄弱环节,设计符合聋生认知特点的交互技术教学活动,在日常教学中进行实践,开展行动研究。在对初三年级29名聋生数学教学中发现,在交互技术环境下聋生参与教学活动的积极性有所提高,很大程度帮助了聋生理解和掌握数学知识,促进了聋生数学问题解决能力的发展,但这是需要长期坚持才能培养聋生更好地数学学习习惯和方法,逐步锻炼独立完整的解决数学问题。学生喜欢教师使用交互技术来辅助教学,教师可以基于现实可用的教育技术设计在交互技术环境下的教学活动,来提高课堂教学效果,培养聋生数学问题解决能力。

The 21st century is the era of information technology, when China is also speeding up the reform of education information. As the environment continues to improve, Practice Teaching should also keep up with trends of the times at the same time. We should accept new things, try new educational technologies to improve our puzzle in practice teaching.Because of hearing impairment, deaf students have barriers in information transferring, so they can’t completely accept the teacher’s explanation and their participation is not high in class teaching. The modern educational technology develops rapidly, which brings rich resources that many could be used. And because of the interactivity and intuitiveness of Education IT, it can greatly enrich the way how the deaf students acquire information. In this study, the researcher use the actual conditions with educational technology to create an interactive technology environment, design teaching activities, in order to help the deaf learn the mathematics, improve their mathematical problem solving abilities.In this study, through creating an interactive IT teaching environment, the researcher combine Interactive whiteboard, geometric sketchpad, MindManager and other educational technology, analysis the weaknesses of the deaf students’ mathematical problem solving ability, design interactive technology teaching activities that meet their cognitive characteristics, and then practice in their daily teaching, launch this action research.In the process of mathematics teaching of 29 deaf students at third grade in Junior High School, the deaf students had more participation in teaching activities in interactive IT environment, which helped them understand and master mathematical knowledge to a large extent, and promoted the development of mathematical problem solving ability of them. But it need long-term adherence to bring up their study habits and methods of mathematics of learning mathematics better, and we should gradually exercise them solve mathematical problems independently and completely. Students are in favor of teachers using interactive technology to assist teaching, so teachers can design the teaching activities in interactive IT environment on the base of the reality of available educational technology, to improve mathematics teaching effectiveness, and promote the development of the mathematical problem solving abilities.
