紫外光固化技术具有高效、绿色、节能、性能优良等特性。而含氟聚合物表面能低,疏水疏油,具有优良的耐候性,耐化学品性和抗污染性。因此,我们选择以乙烯基醚为原料制备含氟多官能团的乙烯基醚单体,探索反应的最优合成路线。本文成功的合成出了两种含氟乙烯基醚单体,分别为双(2-(乙烯氧基)乙基)2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-十三氟辛基)硫代)琥珀酸酯(单体Ⅰ)和2-(乙烯氧基)乙基2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-十三氟辛基)硫代)丙酸酯(单体Ⅱ)。对其结构进行了表征,寻找到了最优化的合成路线,以及研究了对不同光固化配方薄膜转化率的影响。结果表明,单体Ⅰ与单体Ⅱ均降低了薄膜转化率.对于同一配方,单体Ⅱ的抑制能力更强。而对于同一单体,提高二乙二醇二乙烯基醚含量能减弱抑制作用。

UV curing technology with high efficiency, green, energy saving, excellent performance and other characteristics e.The fluoropolymer has low surface energy, hydrophobic oleophobicity, excellent weatherability, chemical resistance and pollution resistance. Therefore, we chose to prepare fluorine-containing polyfunctional vinyl ether monomer from vinyl ether,and explor the optimal synthetic route for the reaction. This paper successfully synthesized two kinds of fluorine-containing vinyl ether monomers, bis(2-(vinyloxy)ethyl) 2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluoro octyl)thio)succinate (Monomer I)and 2-(vinyloxy)ethyl 2-((3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluoro octyl)thio)propanoate (Monomer Ⅱ).We characterize their structure, and find the optimized synthetic route, and investigate the effect of conversion on different photocurable formulations. The results show Monomer I and Monomer Ⅱ reduce film conversion. For the same formula, Monomer II has stronger inhibition ability. For the same monomer, increasing the content of diethylene glycol divinyl ether can reduce the inhibition.
