大学毕业生就业问题是社会重大的问题。随着大学毕业生人数的逐年增加,蒙古国高校毕业生的就业形势日益严重,高校毕业生的就业质量不容乐观,突出表现在大学毕业生起薪明显偏低等现实窘境。大学毕业生“毕业即失业”的现象引起蒙古国社会各界的高度关注。因此,本研究关注蒙古国W市大学毕业生人力资本和社会资本对就业质量影响效应。
本研究首选描述了蒙古国大学毕业生的人力资本、社会资本及其就业质量的现状;然后通过T检验和方差分析,发现大学毕业生的质量在出生地、学校、学历和专业等方面差异显著,但在性别上未呈现显著差异。最后建立多元回归模型,发现人力资本与社会资本对蒙古国大学毕业生的就业质量的五个维度(找工作时间、月工资、工作满意度、人职匹配度和晋升机会)均具有显著影响。
综上本研究针对研究结论提出了提高蒙古国大学毕业生就业质量的对策建议。
对策建议具体包括:(1)毕业生要积极提高自己的能力;(2)父母家庭需要注重大学毕业生的学习方式和发展机会;(3)蒙古国高等教育机构应该拓宽就业渠道,注重大学毕业生的教育质量和全面发展;4)加强学校和企业合作;(5)改善大学毕业生就业环境;(6)政府要完善大学毕业生就业政策。

The employment of university graduates is a major social problem. With the increasing number of university graduates year by year, the employment situation of university graduates in Mongolia is getting worse and worse. The employment quality of university graduates is not optimistic, which is highlighted in the realistic predicament of the obvious low starting salary of University graduates. The phenomenon of "unemployment after graduation" of university graduates has attracted great attention from all walks of life in Mongolia. Therefore, this study focuses on the impact of human capital and social capital on employment quality of university graduates in W city of Mongolia.
This study first describes the current situation of human capital, social capital and employment quality of Mongolian University graduates; then through T-test and variance analysis, it is found that the quality of university graduates has significant differences in birth place, school, education and specialty, but there is no significant difference in gender. Finally, a multiple regression model is established. It is found that human capital and social capital have significant effects on the five dimensions of employment quality of Mongolian university graduates (job hunting time, monthly wage, job satisfaction, job matching and promotion opportunities).
In conclusion, this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment quality of Mongolian University graduates.
The countermeasures and suggestions include: (1) Graduates should actively improve their abilities; (2) Parents and families need to pay attention to the learning methods and development opportunities of University graduates; (3) Higher education institutions in Mongolia should broaden employment channels, pay attention to the education quality and all-round development of University graduates ; (4) strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises; (5) improve the employment environment of University graduates; (6) the government should improve the employment policy of University graduates.
