随着生物一心理一社会医学模式的产生，传统的护理观念发生了巨大的变化。作为培养护理工作者的护理教育者更是在争相探询一种能够适应医学模式转变的护理教育体制。本文宗旨在于探讨医学院校护理专业优秀学生的评价指标体系。这一专业学生毕业后所从事的主要工作是护理工作。所以，从对护士的评价人手，探讨不同被试:医生、护士、患者评价优秀护士的维度和差异性。从而研究以培养优秀护士为目标的护理教育课程体系、教师培养。 通过开放式问卷调查，及对项目的筛选，得出 “优秀临床护士评价问卷”。用此问卷对包括医生、护士、患者在内的被试进行了测试,将结果进行差异性检验和探索性因素分析，结果如下: 1、医生组、患者组、护士组对92.8%的评价指标的评价存在差异性。 2、优秀护士评价总体指标的结构体系为:工作态度;服务态度;协作精神;创新性/上进心;尊重病人; 工作责任感;工作能力/观念;维护病人权利;对病人的社会支持 3、建议在评价优秀临床护士时，医生、护士和患者使用不同的评价问卷。

With the development of the medical model, the huge changes happen in the Nursing conception . The nursing educator who are in charge of training nurse have been searching for a sort of educational structure,that can fit the changes of medical model.. This study focuses on the evaluation of the students in Nursing Department of Medical University.Because the students of this mill become nurse before their graduation. the research set about the evaluation of excellent nurse who work hospital.Explore the dimension and difference on the evaluation among the doctor, nurse and patient. The method is: an Opened investigation, which select 630doctors,660 nurses, 552 patients after selecting project, who finish the evaluation questionnaire of excellent nurse. The statistics methods of dealing with data include factor Analysis and Analysis of variance. The results showed:1.There is significant difference between doctor,patient when they evaluate excellent nurse.2. The result of factor alysis is:the evaluation of excellent nurse, there are following sorts of structure:(1).the attitude to work; (2). the attitude to patient;(3).the spirit of ooperation;(4).creativity(5). respection to patient ;(6).sense of responsibility(7). the ability of work; (8). pretection to the right of patient ;(9). being the support of patient.3. Suggest doctor , nurse and patient use different questionnaire individually when they evaluate nurse.
