当前严峻的大学生就业形势已经成为国内外普遍关注的热点,选取人力资本、社会资本作为就业影响研究的基本切入点,研究大学生就业与收入的影响因素具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。首先,分别从人力资本理论与测度、社会资本理论与测度、大学生就业影响三个层面进行文献综述。提出人力资本和社会资本都是一种资本,具有资本的性质,对其进行投资在微观层面将对个人就业与收入产生影响。提出指标体系和计量模型,其中人力资本指标体系包括先赋变量和后致变量;社会资本指标体系包括家庭教育背景、家庭经济背景和家庭组织背景;大学生就业指标包括就业选择、就业状况和工资水平。以全国某重点高校经济管理类2010届-2012届本科毕业生作为样本,结合北京市教委数据和问卷调查得到研究数据。根据因变量性质选择二分因变量回归模型和多元线性回归模型,构建就业模型与收入模型,分别进行Logit回归与线性回归,得到各变量回归系数与显著性水平,并进行Wald检验。最后得出结论为社会资本对于毕业生就业-升学选择影响不大,鉴于目前的就业形势,毕业生在自身成绩允许的情况下基本都会选择继续深造以增加自己未来的就业竞争力;人力资本、社会资本对于毕业生正式就业都具有显著影响,通过对这两种资本进行积累和合理利用,有利于增加毕业生正式就业的概率;对于毕业生起薪和上月工资水平的研究表明,正式就业的毕业生工资增长更快也更稳健。计算机水平证书是增加毕业生正式就业概率的最重要人力资本因素,超过了除国家六级外的其他英语水平;社会资本变量之间存在强相关性,其中父亲职业等级和就业迁移对毕业生正式就业与收入影响最为显著,未选择就业迁移的毕业生在家庭所在地工作,其正式就业概率显著增加,而父亲职业等级与其他因素相比更为显著,代表着一个家庭的社会资本积累。最后提出社会资本的显著影响对于整体就业市场的公平危害,但鼓励毕业生通过强化就业能力和合理利用社会资本增加就业竞争力。提出注重职业生涯规划,理性做好职业决策;提升就业能力储备,积累自身人力资本;合理利用社会资本,积极建立关系网络的政策建议。

The current severe employment situation of college students has become in general the focus of attention at home and abroad. The paper selected human capital and social capital as basic starting points of the employment impact study. Analysis on factors affecting college students' employment and income has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, starting the literature review at three levels: human capital theory and measure, social capital theory and measurement, the employment of students. Proposed human capital and social capital are capitals, they have the nature of capital. Investing on them will have impacts at the micro level on employment and personal income. And proposed index systems and theoretical models, which human capital index system including ascription variables and variable after induced; social capital index system including family education, family economic background and family background of the organization; employment index system including employment options for graduate, employment status and wage levels.Taking a national key university of economics and management graduates 2010-2012 session as samples, combined with the data from Beijing Municipal Education Commission and survey data to obtain research data. According to the nature of the dependent variables, selecting the dependent variable regression model and multiple linear regression model to construct the employment models and income models, respectively logit regression and linear regression, get the regression coefficients of the variables associated with a significant level, and Wald test.Finally, the conclusion is that the social capital had little effect for employment - further studies, given the current employment situation of graduates, in their own achievements permitted they will choose to continue their studies in order to increase their future employability and competitiveness; human capital and social capital have significant impacts on formal employment for graduates, conducted by accumulation and reasonable use of these two capitals will help to increase the probability of graduates of formal employment; study on graduates starting salaries and last month wages showed that formal employment graduates’ wages grew faster and more robust. Computer level certification is the most important factor in human capital to increase the probability of formal employment, more than other English proficiency; strong correlation exist between social capital variables, father's occupation level and migration have the most significant impact on graduates in formal employment and income, the graduates did not select employment migration work in their family seats, whose probability of formal employment increased significantly, while the father's occupation level is more significant than other factors, representing a family’s social capital accumulation.Finally, proposed the fair harm of the significant impact of social capital for the overall job market, but to encourage graduates by strengthening employability and rational utilization of family social capital to increase employability and competitiveness. Proposed policy recommendations as focus on career planning, making rational career decision; enhancing the employability of reserves, accumulating their human capital; using social capital rationally, building relationship network positively.
