中国的非物质文化遗产是我国数千年历史文明的历史负载和文化体现，是值得我们珍惜的民族瑰宝。由于社会地发展、城镇化地推进，非物质文化遗产的原生文化环境正在消失，保护非物质文化遗产已经迫在眉睫。虽然我国在2003年启动了中国非物质文化遗产保护工程，但保护非物质文化遗产很重要的一点就是让其活态化传承，也就是要让人们真正认识到非物质文化遗产对我们生活、生产的意义和价值，使非物质文化遗产在植根于地域文化和人民生活的前提下存在。要让人们接触到非物质文化遗产才能够谈接下来的对非物质文化遗产了解和接受的问题，而在信息碎片化已成当今趋势的情况下，利用手机互动式短资讯这一现代化传播方式对非物质文化遗产进行宣传推广是一种优质而高效的选择。论文共分三个章节，通过文献研究法、体验观察法、内容分析法对信息碎片化时代非物质文化遗产在手机互动式短资讯上的传播进行探索研究。第一章对“手机互动式短资讯”本身的产生发展进行阐述，让大家对手机互动式短资讯有一个基本的概念。第二章就非物质文化遗产的概念和现状进行阐述，阐明非物质文化遗产亟需保护的原因，对现阶段保护非物质文化遗产的主要手段简要分析。第三章为论文重点，举例论证通过手机互动式短资讯传播非物质文化遗产的可行性和现阶段遇到的问题，得出利用手机互动式短资讯对非物质文化遗产进行宣传能够有效地让人们与非物质文化遗产进行零距离地接触和互动，是一种优质而高效的非物质文化遗产保护方式，对非物质文化遗产活态化传播具有重要意义。
