本文是关于云计算的文件翻译实践报告，原文主要介绍了云计算服务过程中存在的数据保护风险，云计算服务行业参与者应该遵循的法律，云用户、云提供商等不同角色的职责，以及欧洲经济区内运营的云计算服务提供商遇到的问题，并对云计算服务中的数据保护工作提出了建议。由于我国在数据保护方面的法律和规定还不太全面，该《意见》的中译本对于云计算服务行业参与者来说具有重要的参考意义。 翻译材料原文为科技文本，专业性较强，要求译文表达准确，逻辑清晰。因此，本文根据科技文本的语言特点，从词汇和句子层面对翻译文本进行案例分析。在词汇方面，原文本中主要涉及专业术语和一些有专业意义的普通词汇，笔者通过分析词汇的特点，利用查阅平行文本和结合上下文语境分析的方法进行翻译；在句子方面，笔者主要分析了该文本中复杂长句的特点，根据其特点采用顺译法，倒译法和分译法进行翻译。此外，本文还总结了笔者做完这个翻译项目获得的经验教训，并指出还存在的问题，以期能为相关翻译人员提供一些参考。

This paper is a translation report focusing on a document about cloud computing. The document introduces data protection risks in cloud computing services, the laws and principles that participants should comply with, responsibilities of different players and all relevant issues for cloud computing service providers operating in the European Economic Area. It gives suggestions for data protection in cloud computing, and its Chinese translation is an important referential document for participants in cloud computing service industry. Since the source text is English for science and technology with professionalism, the translation is expected to be accurate and clear in logic. Based on the characteristics of the source text, this paper analyzes the translation texts from two perspectives: words and sentences. The words in the text can be divided into terminologies and common words with professional meanings. They are translated mainly by means of referring to parallel texts and contextual analysis. As for complex sentences, this paper provides three translation methods: sequential, reversing and splitting. Furthermore, the paper also summarizes the author's experience and lessons learnt in the translation process and points out the problems to be solved, intending to provide translators with new thoughts.
