游戏是典型的童年活动,被描述为作为一个孩子最重要的工作。在自由游戏中,这些游戏活动可以促进认知、情感、生物和社会发展,其中也包括幼儿的领导力发展。 以往研究表明幼儿的领导力表现具有亲社会性和应急性,幼儿在自由游戏过程中最容易出现应急性的领导行为,因此本研究通过观察法和归纳法研究幼儿在公共游乐场自由游戏中的领导力表现及其特点,在此之前通过文献法获得幼儿领导力表现研究的理论支撑。 与成年人的领导能力相反,成年人的领导能力是根据其内在特征来定义的,如性格特征或智力水平,儿童的领导力通常是根据可观察到的行动或行为来描述的。因此本研究通过观察法获得研究所需的数据,再通过归纳法对数据进行处理。 本研究共提炼出12项幼儿的领导力表现,包括关怀、主动示好、配合、监督、决策、分工、承担、协商、指导、产生创意、宣告和表态,在此基础上进行维度整合,进而得出幼儿领导力表现的四种行为类型和两种行为指向,在此基础上分析幼儿在公共游乐场的领导力表现特点。得出公共游乐场自由游戏中,幼儿领导力的表现在建立同伴关系维度有更高的行为出现频率,幼儿在户外游乐场有更多推动游戏的行为,幼儿领导力表现随年龄的增长呈现多元化,且女孩擅长建立同伴关系而男孩在游戏中有更多的展示自我的表现。
外文摘要:
Play is a typical childhood activity and is described as a child's most important job. Games, however, have no purpose. They are played for the sake of playing, for the means are more important to children than the ends. Children like make-believe, imaginative and symbolic play. In free play, these play activities can promote cognitive, emotional, biological and social development, including the development of young children's leadership. Previous studies have shown that children's leadership performance is prosocial and emergent, and children are most likely to have emergent leadership behavior in the process of free play. Therefore, this research through the observation and induction to study the children leadership performance and it’s features in free play happened at amusement park. Theory in the study of early childhood leadership performance were obtained through the literature method before this. In contrast to adult leadership, which is defined by its intrinsic characteristics, such as personality traits or intelligence levels, children's leadership is usually described by observable actions or behaviors. So the institute were obtained through the method of observation data, again through the induction to data processing. The study extract the 12 children's leadership performance which include the caring, active and shown good, matching, supervision, decision-making, division of labor, bear, negotiate, guidance, generate ideas, declaration and statement. On the basis of integrating dimension, then draws the four children's leadership performance behavior type and two kinds of behavior, and then analyzing the characteristics of the children in the amusement park leadership performance. We come to the following conclusions: In public playground free game, the performance of the children's leadership in the dimension of a peer relationship shows higher frequency, more of the children in outdoor playground to promote the behavior of the game, children's leadership performance along with the growth of the age is plural, girls are good at establishing peer relationship while boys have more performance to show themselves in the game.
