随着时代的不断进步,社会对人才培养的要求越来越高,传统教学模式 已不足以应对快速变化和多样化的学习需求,教学模式的改革迫在眉睫。
PBL(Problem-based learning 的简称)教学模式是当前国内外应用较多 的一种新型教学模式。首先,本文采用文献研究法对 PBL 进行了深入学习, 并在此基础上归纳了 PBL 的内涵和理论基础。
其次,采用问卷调查法了解了西藏中学数学教师对于 PBL 教学模式的认 知情况以及实践探索情况。根据调查结果,总结出在西藏中学数学教学中实 施 PBL 还存在如下“阻碍”:教师对 PBL 的认知不足,了解途径有限;传统 教学观念根深蒂固;学生适应 PBL 存在困难。
最后,再根据实际存在的问题,提出了相应对策:提供专业培训,提升 教师认知;解构传统观念,探索新型教学模式;引导学生认同,掌握新型学 习模式。希望对于促进 PBL 的有效实施有所帮助。

外文摘要:

With the continuous progress of The Times, the society's requirements for talent training are getting higher and higher. The traditional teaching mode is no longer enough to cope with the rapid change and diversified learning needs, and the reform of teaching mode is imminent.
PBL (Problem-based learning) teaching mode is a more popular and adopted at home and abroad. First, this paper uses the literature research method to study PBL, and summarizes the connotation and theoretical basis of PBL.
Secondly, the questionnaire survey method was used to understand the cognition and practice exploration of PBL teaching mode of Tibetan middle school mathematics teachers. According to the survey results, it is concluded that there are some "obstacles" in implementing PBL in Tibetan middle schools: teachers have limited knowledge of PBL; traditional teaching concepts are deeply rooted and students have difficulty in adapting to PBL.
Finally, according to the actual problems, the corresponding countermeasures: provide professional training, improve teachers' cognition, deconstruct traditional ideas, explore new teaching mode, and guide students to identify and master the new learning mode. Hope to be helpful to promote the effective implementation of PBL.
