北京市“双师服务”计划自实行以来,通过多样的在线辅导形式,满足了学习者的不同需求,获得了师生的广泛认可,但是在这个过程中,其下属的“问答中心”由于规范制度的不完善,出现了一系列问题,如师生之间疑似存在定向采纳、学生为求答案一次性上传大量题目等。为解决上述问题,本文采用社会网络分析法和内容分析法,对“问答中心”的师生参与情况、交互情况和问答内容进行分析。研究发现,学生更多通过“问答中心”提出问题,很少会浏览其他问题并回复;“问答中心”的问答特点为大部分提问为良构性问题,大部分回复形式是直接给出问题的答案。基于上述分析结果,本文从互动程度、问答质量等几个方面为“问答中心”后续发展提供了建议。

Since the implementation of the “Double Teacher Service” program in Beijing, it has met the different needs of learners through various forms of online tutoring, and has been widely recognized by teachers and students. However, in this process, its subordinate “Q&A Center” has a series of problems due to the imperfection of the normative system, such as the suspected orientation between teachers and students, and the fact that students upload a large number of questions at a time. In order to solve the above problems, this paper uses social network analysis method and content analysis method to analyze the participation situation, interaction situation and question and answer content of the “Q&A Center”. The study found that students ask questions more through the “Q&A Center” and rarely read other questions and respond. The question and answer feature of the “Q&A Center” is that most of the questions are well-constructed questions, and most of the forms of reply are the answers to the questions directly. Based on the above analysis results, this paper provides suggestions for the follow-up development of the “Q&A Center” are provided from the aspects of interaction level and question and answer quality.
