本文结合国内网络课程建设的理论与实践情况，在深入研究北京师范大学现代教育技术研究所与中国教育电视台联合开发的“新媒体学习超市”和学习元结构模型及其特征的基础上，探索了学习元理念指导下的新型网络课程设计的模式、要点、原则等，并结合课程实例开发，研究和验证了新型网络课程设计开发的效果。同时详细说明了基于学习元的网络课程设计过程，总结了基于学习元设计的网络课程具有的特色、价值和优势。开展了关于学习元《大学生的人际关系培训》网络课程设计的问卷调查，并对问卷调查结果进行了详细而深入的分析，后面还分析了目前新媒体学习超市平台存在的问题。最终总结了对基于学习元的网络课程设计进行的相关研究并得出了结论。以上对相关人员开展新型网络课程平台研究和设计开发基于学习元的网络课程都具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。

In this paper, on the domestic network of Curriculum Theory and Practice of the situation, the author studies the "new media learning supermarket", which is developed with Institute of Modern Educational Technology of Beijing Normal University and the China Education TV . Analysis model of learning cell and characteristics. Explores the new network courses which based on the learning cell design, including mode, key points, principles, and so on. Combined courses instance, the author examines the effect of the design. At the same time, be on the detail of the online course design process, which is based learning cell. Summarizes the course of the characteristics of the network, the value and advantages. Carries out a survey, its title is "College student's relationship training." On the analysis of survey results, points out problems in the new media platform for the supermarket. Eventually, Summarizes the conclusion. This research is valuable. It is for researchers to carry out the new online course platform. It is beneficial for the design which based on learning cell of the network course.
