本文研究结合国际的政治和文化背景，思考不同文化语境、不同版本的“中国当代艺术”如何作为文化交流纽带，在海外如何的传播与展示。一方面，建构与丰富中国的当代视觉文化形象，另一方面，促进中国与德国、美国在不同历史时期彼此的深入了解与文化艺术合作，而引发我们对不同于西方媒体叙事和西方公众刻板印象的“当代艺术”和“中国当代艺术”的“版本”问题思考。结论认为在中国本土化语境下的“当代艺术”的概念，并非指向一种唯一的在西方市场认可的具有颠覆性、反叛性的前卫艺术或者实验艺术，而是具有一种动态的流动性特征，以及具有中国当代社会、历史与人文思想的独特性与丰富性。

With the combination of international political and cultural background, this article focuses on the practical issues of different versions of “Chinese contemporary art” serve as cultural exchange links and considers how they are spread and displayed overseas. On the one hand, it constructs and enriches the images of Chinese contemporary visual cultural. On the other hand, improves deep understanding and cooperation of culture and art during different periods. It causes us to think about the issues of versions on “Contemporary art” and “Chinese Contemporary Art”in the context which differs from the Western media narrative and the stereotype of the Western public. The conclusion is that the concept of "contemporary art" in the context of Chinese localization does not mean the only subversive and rebellious avant-garde art or experimental art recognized in the Western market, but has a dynamic fluidity, as well as the uniqueness and richness of contemporary Chinese society, history, and humanism.
