研究目的:社会适应能力是大学生想要在社会中独立生活便需要能够融入社会、适应社会的能力。在21世纪的国内社会背景下,大学生除了需要学习本身的专业知识,还需要不断的提高自己能在融入社会和适应社会的能力。体育锻炼是目前研究中认为能够提高社会适应能力的手段之一,因此本文旨在探究大学生中体育专业与非体育专业的社会适应能力差异。 研究方法:本研究对体育与非体育专业大学生社会适应能力做比较研究。通过对北京师范大学珠海校区在校本科大学生进行体育与非体育专业随机抽样进行问卷调查,筛选后得到119份有效问卷。 研究结果:体育专业大学生社会适应能力得分中最大值为38,最小值为-18,范围为56,其均值分:11.38±14.746,整体处于“较差”水平。非体育专业大学生社会适应能力得分中最大值为34,最小值为-28,范围为62,其均值分:0.45±15.803,整体处于“很差”水平。独立样本T检验证明二者具有统计学意义,体育专业大学的社会适应能力显著强于非体育专业大学生。 结论:体育与非体育专业大学生社会适应能力存在显著差异,二者的社会适应能力差异不受性别与生源地影响。 |

Research object: Social adaptation ability is the ability of college students to be able to integrate into society and adapt to society in society. In the context of the domestic society of the 21st century, students need to constantly improve their ability to integrate into society and adapt to society. Exercise is one of the methods that is thought to improve social adaptation ability in current research, so this paper aims to explore the differences in social adaptation ability of university's professional and non-sports majors. Research methods: This study is related to the ability of social adaptation of non-sports students. The survey was conducted by random sampling of sports and non-sports students at the ZhuHai campus of Beijing normal university. The study results: The maximum score of social adaptability of college students majoring in physical education is 38, the minimum is -18, the range is 56, and the mean score is 11.38±14.746, which is at a "poor" level. The maximum score of social adaptability of non-sports major college students was 34, the minimum was -28, and the range was 62. The mean score was 0.45±15.803, which was at a "very poor" level. Independent sample T test proved that the two had statistical significance, and the social adaptability of sports major college students was significantly stronger than that of non-sports major college students. Conclusion: the overall level of social adaptability of college students is higher than that of non-sports major college students. There is a significant difference between the social adaptability of sports and non-sports majors, and the differences in social adaptation ability are not affected by gender and source. |
