如今,社会工作在参与社会协同治理中发挥着重要的作用,政府对其的重视程度也在不断增加。但社工机构在发展过程中,仍旧面临许多问题,诸如地区发展严重不平等,对政府资金的依赖以及行业人才缺失等。面对这些问题,学术界对社工机构的发展展开了广泛的研究,现有研究从量化和质性两方面展开研究。定性比较分析综合二者的优势,将所研究的内容视作一个整体,并对多个样本进行分析,即具备了整体性,同时其研究结果具备可推广性。因此本研究将通过定性比较分析的方法探究影响机构可持续发展水平的因素及路径。 本研究依据开放系统理论,将机构视作开放系统,分别从外部环境,内部子系统以及运行过程中产生的“熵”三个层面探究影响机构可持续发展的因素。基于此得出本文的研究框架。本文的数据来源于华东理工大学2019年中国社会工作动态调查社会工作机构问卷,原始数据为900+家机构,根据机构等级以及部分问题的填答情况进行筛选,最终选定184家机构作为本文的研究样本。选择政府支持、人才培养、组织结构、改善创新以及面临挑战五个条件变量,以组织绩效和组织影响力作为两个维度综合测量组织可持续发展水平。数据处理上,本文重点研究机构运作过程中所产生的“熵”对机构可持续发展的影响,该部分作为机构所面临的劣势,在数据上无量化内容可供参考,因此选择质性的资料进行分析。其他变量例如政府支持等可以体现机构自身优势的内容则是通过量化数据进行测量。具体操作上,首先对质性的数据进行文本分析,后使用fsQCA3.0软件进行模糊集定性比较分析。对选定机构的不同影响因素组合如何影响组织可持续发展水平进行研究。 通过数据分析,最终得出五条组织可持续发展的路径。第一类是面临挑战,和人才培养作为核心条件存在,机构通过组织结构的迎难而上型;第二类是无核心条件,但组织结构、人才培养和改善创新均作为边缘条件存在的基础完备型;第三类是面临挑战和人才培养作为核心条件存在,机构通过政府支持形成的政府亲和型;第四类是面临挑战作为核心条件缺失,改善创新和人才培养作为核心条件存在,政府支持作为边缘条件存在的平稳发展型;第五类是除面临挑战作为核心条件存在,其余均作为核心条件缺失的四处碰壁型。以上结果表明,组织可持续发展水平受到多个因素的共同影响,且验证了等效性原则。同时,人才培养在五条路径中均存在,在后续的研究和实践中应该对其多加关注。基于以上内容,本研究从在机构方和政府方两个角度提出促进社工机构组织发展的建议。 |

Nowadays, social work plays an important role in participating in the collaborative governance of society, and the government attaches increasing importance to it. However, social work institutions still face many problems in the process of development, such as serious inequality in regional development, dependence on government funds, and lack of talents in the industry. In the face of these problems, the academic community has carried out extensive research on the development of social work institutions, and the existing research has carried out research from both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Qualitative comparative analysis combines the advantages of the two, treats the studied content as a whole, and analyzes multiple samples, that is, it has a whole, and the results of the research are generalizable. Therefore, this study will explore the factors and pathways affecting the sustainable development level of institutions through qualitative comparative analysis. Based on the open system theory, this study treats institutions as open systems, and explores the factors affecting the sustainable development of institutions from three levels: external environment, internal subsystems and "entropy" generated during operation. Based on this, the research framework of this paper is derived. The data in this paper comes from the questionnaire of social work institutions in the 2019 China Social Work Dynamic Survey of East China University of Science and Technology, the original data is 900+ institutions, which are screened according to the level of institutions and the filling in of some questions, and finally 184 institutions are selected as the research samples of this paper. Five conditional variables of government support, talent training, organizational structure, improvement and innovation and challenges were selected, and the sustainable development level of the organization was comprehensively measured by taking organizational performance and organizational influence as two dimensions. In terms of data processing, this paper focuses on the impact of "entropy" generated in the operation of research institutions on the sustainable development of institutions, and this part is the disadvantage faced by institutions, and there is no quantitative content for reference in the data, so qualitative data is selected for analysis. Other variables, such as government support, that reflect an organization's own strengths are measured through quantitative data. In terms of specific operation, text analysis is performed on qualitative data, and then fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis is carried out using fsQCA3.0 software. Conduct research on how different combinations of influencing factors in selected institutions affect the level of sustainability of the organization. Through data analysis, five paths to organizational sustainability are finally derived. The first category is facing challenges, and talent training exists as a core condition, and the institution rises through the difficulties of the organizational structure; The second category is the basic and complete type that has no core conditions, but the organizational structure, talent training and improvement and innovation all exist as marginal conditions; The third category is the government affinity type formed by institutions through government support in the face of challenges and talent training as the core condition; The fourth category is the stable development type that faces challenges as the core conditions, improves innovation and talent cultivation as the core conditions, and government supports the existence of marginal conditions; The fifth category is the four-place wall-hitting type that exists as a core condition except for facing challenges, and the rest are missing as core conditions. The above results show that the level of organizational sustainability is affected by multiple factors, and the principle of equivalence is verified. At the same time, talent training exists in the five paths, and more attention should be paid to them in subsequent research and practice. Based on the above content, this study puts forward suggestions to promote the development of social work institutions from the perspectives of institutions and governments |
