法官工作绩效考核机制,是现代法官人才管理体系的重要构建之一,是促进法官及其他司法工作人员向职业化、正规化、专业化发展的重要举措,是全面推进司法改革、完善国家审判责任制的内在需要。对法官绩效考核和公务员绩效评估进行对比,从法官职业规律的路径进行批判分析,认识到法官职业逻辑与绩效考核逻辑的抵牾、法官绩效考核行政化色彩浓厚、绩效考核指标设定科学性欠缺等方面的缺陷,提出法官绩效考核制度的完善思路。 |

The performance appraisal mechanism of judges is one of the important constructions of modern judge talent management system. It is an important measure to promote the professional, standardized and professional development of judges and other judicial staff. It is the internal need to comprehensively promote judicial reform and improve the national judicial responsibility system. This paper compares the performance appraisal of judges and civil servants, makes a critical analysis from the path of the professional law of judges, recognizes the contradiction between the professional logic of judges and the logic of performance appraisal, the strong administrative color of judges' performance appraisal, and the lack of scientific setting of performance appraisal indicators, and puts forward the improvement ideas of judges' performance appraisal system |
