近年来,随着网络和信息技术的不断普及和提高,越来越多的消费者选择网络购物这种便捷的方式。但随之而来的一系列用户体验问题,不仅让消费者不满,同时也给企业带来了负面影响。在“用户体验”已经成为电子商务网站运营核心竞争力的今天,如何了解用户体验等级是非常重要的。本文站在消费者的角度,,以购物环节为主线,以ISO9126质量评价标准为原则,将二者有效的结合起来,组成关系矩阵,建立了一个相对全面立体的B2C电子商务网站用户体验评价体系。这里的B2C电子商务网站是针对于网络零售的。文中将购物环节分为了五个部分:浏览、选择、购买、物流和评价,又将每个环节展开为一些具体元素。这些元素与质量标准的四个特性(功能性、可用性、有效性、可靠性)相结合形成了评价指标体系。评价体系指标确立后,我们需要对每个指标进行评价。本文将用户体验分为5非常满意、4满意、3一般满意、2不满意、1非常不满意,这五个级别。根据一定的评价原则先得出每个评价环节的用户体验等级,然后再得出被评价企业的用户体验等级。希望该评价体系能够为消费者、企业和第三方评价机构提供有利的帮助,起到抛砖引玉的作用。

The development and efficiency of internet technologies have already changed people’s attitude and style of purchasing. They choose the web as environment for business. This style is very convenient. However, the problems about user experience (UX) have slowed down the satisfaction of customer and also taken some bad effect to the company. UX has been the core competition factor in the B2C business field. Learning and evaluating UX is significant.This paper is designed to gain a deeper understanding of UX. By analyzing the quality characteristics and sub-characteristics inside ISO9126, this study show a framework of evaluation. Online shopping process can be divided into five parts: navigation, selection, purchasing, logistics and assessment. Every part has some facets. The components for the quality characteristics are functionality, usability, efficiency and reliability. Based on the quality characteristics and online shopping process, the evaluation factors come out. Each factor can be assigned a value using a five-grade Liker-type scale of (1=very satisfied, 2=satisfied, 3=average satisfied, 4=not satisfied, 5=critical). Then the UX quality of all shopping process can be measured. Finally, the whole UX quality of the B2C system will be evaluated. This research can be helpful to the consumers, B2C companies and other evaluating organizations.
