“双减”政策的出台,有效实现减轻学生作业负担,促进学生个性发展。核心素养渗透到初中英语教学,进一步提升了学生的英语语言综合能力。家庭作业作为课堂教学延伸的具体表现形式,科学合理的作业设置,对于提高初中英语教学质量具有重要意义,同时,对提高课堂教学效果,强化学生对英语知识的掌握至关重要。但随着英语教学改革的不断深入,家庭作业设计在教学中,也成为较为薄弱的环节,基于此,从英语学科核心素养的角度出发,加强对该方面内容的研究实属必要,也是英语教学改革与发展的具体表现。

本论文的研究以文献综述为出发点,从核心素养的视角,查阅了国内外众多已有家庭作业研究成果,以人本主义理论、建构主义理论为依据,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、实物收集法、统计分析法和文本分析法来对内蒙古赤峰市松山区初中学校的部分教师和学生在英语家庭作业的完成时间、批改方式、作业来源、作业类型和作业设计等方面进行了调查与研究。

通过对调研材料进行分析,对标英语学科核心素养,指出了初中英语家庭作业目前存在的问题,学生完成家庭作业时间过长,教师作业批改方式欠佳,家庭作业来源相对狭窄,家庭作业类型缺乏多样化,教师布置家庭作业的目的相对单一,家庭作业设计管理缺乏科学性,但教师和学生普遍认为,合理的作业布置,不但能够提高考试成绩,且有利于培养学生独立学习能力,基于此,对于作业能够保持肯定和支持的态度。

本研究基于英语学科核心素养,通过多重措施提升初中英语家庭作业设计质量,尝试对家庭作业进行改革和调整,但在实施上,尚处于摸索阶段,在实施有效性、方法等方面还有待完善。同时,针对这些问题提出了初中英语家庭作业设计的一些对策建议。

The policy of“Double reduction” can effectively reduce students' homework burden and promote students' personality development. The core literacy permeates the junior middle school English teaching and further improves the students' English language comprehensive ability. As a concrete form of extension of classroom teaching, the scientific and reasonable setting of homework plays an important role in improving the quality of junior high school English teaching, it is very important to improve the effect of classroom teaching and to strengthen students' mastery of English. However, with the deepening of English teaching reform, homework design in teaching has become a relatively weak link, based on this, from the perspective of the core literacy of English subjects, it is necessary to strengthen the research on this aspect, which is also the concrete expression of English teaching reform and development.

Based on literature review, from the perspective of core literacy, this paper refers to many domestic and foreign research achievements on homework, and bases on humanistic theory and constructivism theory, this paper investigates and studies the time of completion of English homework, the way of marking, the source of homework, the type of homework and the design of homework for some teachers and students in Songshan District, Taipei Junior Middle School in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia.

Based on the analysis of the research materials, this paper points out the problems existing in junior middle school English homework, such as the students taking too long to finish their homework and the teachers' poor way of correcting their homework, the source of homework is relatively narrow, the type of homework is lack of diversification, the purpose of homework assignment is relatively single, and the management of homework design is lack of scientific, but teachers and students generally believe that, a reasonable assignment arrangement can not only improve the examination results, but also help to develop the students' independent learning ability.

The results show that the reform and adjustment of homework is based on the core competence of English, but it is still in the fumbling stage in the implementation, and the effectiveness and methods of the implementation need to be improved. At the same time, aiming at these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for junior English homework design.
