本文着眼于中日韩战后小说中战争与疾病的关联，选取大冈升平的《野火》、金东里的《喜鹊叫》、老舍的《四世同堂》作为平行研究的对象，探讨东亚战争文学中疾病叙事及其所蕴含的问题。首先，探究在肺结核与精神病的作用下，三位小说人物呈现的意识挣扎、行为活动与战争心态，在疾病与战争的关系中桥接宗教、意识与无意识、人性恶、爱情亲情等连接点。其次，围绕“作为护身符的疾病”，探讨在和平年代所人人厌恶的疾病，却能摇身一变成为某种“护身符”形象的现象及其原因。疾病，共同成为东亚三位作家拼凑战争图景的一块积木，表达战争观念的一种渠道。

This thesis focuses on the relationship between war and disease in the post-war novels of China, Japan, and South Korea, choosing Fires on the Plain, The Cry of the Magpies and The Yellow Storm as the objects of parallel research, discussing the disease narration and other problems contained in the war literatures of East Asia. First of all, the thesis will explore the consciousness struggle, behaviors and Concept of war of the three main characters, who were under the influence of pulmonary tuberculosis and mental illness, and thus, it will involve religion, evil of human nature, consciousness and unconsciousness, as the connection points between disease and war. Secondly, around the topic of disease as a protective talisman, it discusses the phenomenon and the reasons for disease, which is the image of a nuisance in the peace age, changing into a kind of talisman in war years. The disease has become the same building block for three East Asian writers to depict the war wartime scenes and a channel to express the concept of war.
