科技发展日新月异,社会分工日益精细化,人员角色划分越来越明确,一个人凭借自己的专业知识已不能满足项目团队中多角色工作的需求。在此趋势下,团队的运作愈发重要。团队中的成员可能来自于不同的职能部门,也可能来自于不同的组织,如何对团队人员进行充分有效的激励,日益成为团队管理中一个十分重要的问题。 本文所研究对象是HF公司的项目团队,HF公司属于小型的咨询服务公司,行业竞争激烈,由于目前公司人力资源方面不健全,管理方面不完善,项目团队的激励措施不到位,团队人员的工作积极性不高,团队中“搭便车”的现象时有发生,进而影响了项目的顺利实施,阻碍了公司的进一步发展。 文以激励和团队等相关理论为基础,通过对HF公司行业特征、项目团队人员构成以及对项目团队人员的激励现状进行分析,查找抑制激励发挥的原因,根据HF公司项目团队的实际状况,对HF公司项目团队人员激励方案进一步优化。结合绩效考核、薪酬和福利、员工培训等措施构建系统性的解决方案,并对实施中应注意的问题加以说明。最后,论文总结研究得出的结论,并对进一步研究的提出展望。论文所提出的HF公司项目团队人员的激励方案对于该公司具有一定的参考价值。

With the rapid development of science and technology, the social division of labor becomes more and more elaborate. One person's own professional knowledge cannot meet the needs of the multi-roles in a project team. Under this trend, the operation of team work is very important. Team members come from different departments and different organizations. How to motivate team members effectively becomes a very important issue in team management. This article makes research on the project team of HF company. HF company is a small consulting services company. The competition in the consulting services industry is fierce. Due to the incomplete management system and inadequate human resources, the motivation of project team does not reach the designated position, and the work enthusiasm of teammates is very low. Sometimes the "free-rider" phenomenon happens in the project team. These hinder the further development of HF company, as well as the implementation of the project. This article is based on the motivation theory and team management theory. It analyses the industry characteristics of HF company, the framework of project team and the current motivation situation of project team members. It tries to find out why the present motivation measures cannot play a sufficient role in HF company and propose an optimized scheme to motivate the project team members for HF company. Then it gives some advice to make sure the enforcement of the optimized motivation scheme, such as performance appraisal, payment and welfare, staff training. At last, the article summarizes the research conclusion, and proposes the further study of the research. The motivation scheme for the project team members proposed in this article has some reference value for HF company.
