我国社区内精神疾病患者群体庞大，已对患者本人及其家庭的生活造成了极大影响。社区医务人员开展精神卫生工作服务，实际上是临床精神病学和公共卫生的结合，本文旨对大兴区社区医务人员对于精神疾病防治的服务现状(主要指服务能力及相关的知识、态度等)及其相关影响因素进行探索，并探讨其服务能力有差异的原因，重点分析影响因素的作用，尝试提出相关解决措施。本研究以北京市大兴区186名社区医务人员为研究对象，运用《精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷》、《病例测验问卷》、《老年期常见精神疾病的症状和预防知识问卷》、《精神疾病有关态度问卷》，以及国际上广泛使用的《精神疾病态度量表》(MICA)、交流质量量表、联系频率量表(LCR)，将影响服务能力的因素分为多个维度，以求较全面的构建和描述社区医务人员在精神卫生服务能力及相关的知识、态度等情况及其影响因素的框架。研究发现：1.186名受访对象常见精神疾病辨识（病例测验量表）总体平均分为6.7分；交流质量总体平均分为40.3分；联系频率总体平均分为6.3分。

A huge member of community mental diseases in our country has caused great impact to the patients and their family lives. In fact, the work of mental health services of community medical staff is a combination of clinical psychiatry and public health. This paper takes both the community medical staff in mental health services of Daxing district and related factors to explore, aiming to find the reason for the difference between the service ability, then focuses on analyzing the influence factors, attempts to put forward relevant solutions.This study takes 186 community health workers of Daxing district in Beijing as the research object, using questionnaire: "mental health and psychological health knowledge questionnaire", "test cases", " the common symptoms of mental illness and old age prevention knowledge questionnaire", "mental illness related attitude questionnaire", " MICA " , " exchange quantity scale"and" LRC". Taking the factors that affect service capacity into multiple dimensions, this paper aims, in a more comprehensive way, to build and descript the framework of the community medical staff in mental health services and influencing factors.The study finds that:1.186 cases of respondents overall average 6.7points, communication quality overall average 40.3 points, contact frequency overall average 6.3 points;
