本文选取W公司作为研究对象,这是一家以社交电子商务为主要业务的互联网企业,从行业竞争环境来看,公司面临激烈的竞争环境。因为行业的高度竞争化,公司人才的流失率偏高,员工的薪酬随着行业竞争始终保持在较高水平。在较高的人力成本支出下,近几年公司业绩没有显著提升。W公司想在未来的竞争中有所作为,就必须首先解决吸引、留住并有效激励优秀人才的问题,本文以此问题为切入点,基于企业现状和发展方向,设适合W公司企业发展的全面薪酬体系。 本文通过国内外理论研究,结合访谈和问卷调查的方式,提炼W公司目前所面临的管理问题,针对问题重新设计薪酬体系,提出全面薪酬体系的设计原理。结合企业的数据、员工的想法,通过岗位说明书、评估岗位价值、结合基本工资、绩效、期权、福利、设计人才发展空间等内容。最终设计的结果,注重体现薪酬体系的全面性、动态性和激励性。 本文研究发现,薪酬体系要依据员工的需求进行设计,制定的方法和过程必须严谨合理,整体内容能够体现全面性,不单纯是货币性薪酬。具备以上特质,就是一个完备的薪酬体系,它对于企业的管理能起到至关重要的作用,能够帮助企业招募、激励、发展人才。

In this paper, W company is selected as the research object, this is a social e-business as the main business of the Internet enterprises, from the competition environment in the industry, the company faces a fierce competition environment. Because of the highly competitive industry, the attrition rate of the company is relatively high, and the salaries of the employees remain at a high level with the competition in the industry. In the past few years, the company's performance has not improved significantly under the high cost of human resources. W company wants to make a difference in the future competition, we must first solve the problem of attracting, retaining and effectively encouraging outstanding talents. This article is the breakthrough point, based on the current situation and development direction of the enterprise, set up a comprehensive salary system suitable for the development of W company. This paper, through the theoretical research at home and abroad, combined with interviews and questionnaires, refines the management problems that W companies are facing at present, redesigns the salary system and proposes the design principle of the comprehensive salary system. It combines the data of the enterprise, the idea of the employee, through the job description, the evaluation of the position value, the basic salary, the performance, the option, the welfare, and the design of the space for talent development. The results of the final design embody the comprehensiveness, dynamism and motivation of the salary system. The study found that the salary system should be designed according to the needs of the staff, the method and process must be strict and reasonable, the overall content can reflect the overall, not simply monetary compensation. With the above characteristics, it is a complete salary system, which plays a vital role in the management of enterprises, and can help enterprises to recruit, motivate and develop talents.
