研究显示,大学生群体存在严峻的睡眠质量问题。为探究睡前手机使用在时间管理倾向、昼夜节律对睡眠质量影响中的中介机制,同时检验各变量间的互依程度,了解大学生手机使用及睡眠质量的现状,本研究对272名大学生展开问卷调查。基于变量中心的分析发现,大学生时间管理倾向与昼夜节律正向预测睡眠质量,睡前手机使用在其中起部分中介作用;基于个体中心的分析发现:大学生依据上述4个变量可被划分为“优睡眠低手机”、“良睡眠低手机”、“差睡眠高手机”、“均睡眠高手机”4类,且该样本大学生睡眠质量、睡前手机使用、时间管理倾向、昼夜节律表现情况良好,而睡眠质量与睡前手机使用分化较大。睡前手机使用在改善干预大学生睡眠质量中有一定的作用,而教育者应着重关注睡眠质量较差,睡前手机使用时间长的个体,实施具有针对性的干预措施。 |

Studies have shown that college students face severe issues regarding sleep quality. To explore the mediating mechanisms of bedtime mobile phone usage in the relationship between time management disposition, chronotype, and sleep quality, and to simultaneously examine the interdependence among variables, understanding the current status of mobile phone usage and sleep quality among college students, this study conducted a questionnaire survey among 272 college students. Based on variable-centered analysis, it was found that college students' time management disposition and chronotype positively predict sleep quality, with bedtime mobile phone use partially mediating this relationship. Based on person-centered analysis, college students can be categorized into four groups: "Great sleep quality, low mobile phone use", "Good Sleep Quality, Low mobile phone use", "Low sleep quality, high mobile phone use", and "Average sleep quality, high mobile phone use". The sample of college students exhibited good performance in sleep quality, bedtime mobile phone use, time management disposition, and chronotype, while there was significant variation in sleep quality and bedtime mobile phone use. Bedtime mobile phone use plays a role in improving intervention for college students' sleep quality, and educators should focus on individuals with poor sleep quality and prolonged bedtime mobile phone use, implementing targeted intervention measures. |
