本文的研究目的是,分析研究生压力源及压力反应在年级、性别、城乡来源和有无工作经验等方面是否存在显著差异,以及压力源的各个维度对压力反应各因子影响程度的强弱,并研究控制感这个重要的缓冲变量,在研究生压力源和压力反应中是否存在调节作用。本研究以研究生压力源量表、控制感量表、压力反应量表为研究工具,采用抽样调查的方式,以北京四所高校的大学生为研究对象,共发放300份问卷,回收259份,共得有效问卷226份。根据数据统计分析结果,获得主要结论如下:(1)在压力源方面,三个年级在学习压力方面差异显著,其中研究生二年级承受的学习压力最大,女生的生活压力、恋爱压力、就业压力和总体压力都大于男生,来自农村的研究生承受着比来自城镇的研究生更大的家庭压力、社交压力、恋爱压力和总体压力,有工作经验的研究生在家庭压力方面比没有工作经验的研究生承受的压力小。(2)在压力反应方面,女性研究生在学习能力下降,负面情绪和总体压力反应方面要明显大于男性研究生,来自农村的研究生在学习能力下降,躯体不适、负面情绪和总体压力反应方面显著大于来自城镇的研究生;遇到压力时不同年级在躯体不适、负面情绪和总体压力反应方面差异显著,其中三年级在躯体不适方面的反应最强烈,一年级在负面情绪方面的反应最强烈,一年级的总体压力反应最大。(3)就业压力是导致总体压力反应、学习能力下降、躯体不适的最主要的因素,学习压力是产生负面情绪最主要的因素,家庭压力是导致研究生产生自杀倾向最主要的因素。(4)控制感在压力源和压力反应之间不存在调节效应。
外文摘要:
The thesis aims to find out whether the source and reaction of the stress have significant differences in grade, gender, rural/urban area and different working experience,and to test which stressor is the most important factor that lead to each stress reaction. At last, I will explore the impact of sense of control on relationship between stressor and stress reaction in college students of Beijing. Stressor scale, sense of control scale and stress reaction scale are the research tools. Many students from four universities in Beijing were invited to attend the sample survey.300 questionnaires were handed out and 226 valid questionnaires were received. The questionnaires were statistically analyzed and the following results are concluded: (1) The study stress of different grade has a significant difference. Students in grade two study under the maximum pressure.Girls' scores in life stress, love stress, employment stress and total stress are higher than boys'. The scores of rural students are higher than the urban ones in family stress, social stress, love stress and total stress. The students who possess working experience have less family stress than the students without working experience. (2) In the aspect of stress reaction, there is a significant difference between male and female students in learning disabilities, negative emotion and overall stress reaction. Female students react more strongly than male students in these aspects.The differences between the urban and rural students in learning disabilities, physical discomfort, negative emotion and total stress reaction are significant. Rural students react more strongly than urban students in these aspects.The differences between different grades in physical discomfort, negative emotion and total stress reaction are significant. When faced more pressure, Student in grade three respond the most strongly in physical discomfort.Student in grade one respond the most strongly in negative emotion and total stress reaction.(3) Employment pressure is the most important factor lead to overall stress reaction, learning disabilities, physical discomfort. Study stress is the key factor that leads to negative emotion. The main factor which leads to suicide tendency is family stress. (4) The sense of control don't have a moderating effect between stressor and stress reaction, but it partially mediates the relationship between stressor and stress reaction.
