本研究是以在韩中国留学生为对象,考察他们毕业后选择职业生涯地的时候考虑因素有哪些,职业生涯地选择如何,职业生涯地选择的影响因素有哪些,有助于帮助中国留学生决定职业生涯,为今后的相关教育政策提供基础材料。这是因为,他们留学生活而成为精英时,这些在韩的中国留学生毕业后将会成为在韩国的中国问题专家,或者在中国的韩国问题专家,为中韩交流做出贡献。因此,了解他们的现状,分析留学生职业生涯管理的问题,提出相应的改善方案,不管在学问角度还是实用角度,都具有重大意义。本文调查时间是从2013年11月开始,历时两周。问卷回收后,再利用统计处理软件(SPSS 12.0)进行分析,哪些因素影响了在韩的中国留学生职业生涯地的选择,进行逻辑回归分析。对在韩中国留学生职业生涯地选择行为进行分析,主要结果如下:1)综合并分析学生们在选择职业生涯地的时候一些重要思想因素的结果如下所示:选择回到中国的学生们的信息重要性排名依次是韩国语水平、生活环境、发展的可能性、就业信息、收入、留学生就业指导政策、兴趣、价值观、个人能力发挥、父母的社会或经济地位等顺序。选择留在韩国的学生们的信息重要性排名依次是发展的可能性、收入、韩国语水平、生活环境、就业信息、健康、兴趣、个人能力发挥、价值观、留学生就业政策等顺序。2)学生们在选择职业生涯地的时候考虑程度差异分析结果如下所示从个人因素方面来看,选择韩国的学生要比选择中国的学生认为健康状态和技能因素更加重要。从环境因素方面来看,选择中国的学生比选择留在韩国的学生认为父母的期望值是一个更重要的因素。关于对就业前景因素的差异分析结果显示,选择中国的学生相比选择留在韩国的学生认为发展的可能性和经验的机会更加重要。3)个人因素、教育因素、人际关系因素、经济因素等给学生选择职业生涯地所带来了影响。

This study is targeted at Korea Chinese students to study them to choose a career after graduation, when considerations which career to choose how to choose a career factors are what help to help Chinese students decide career career-related education policy for the future provision of basic materials. This is because they live while studying to become an elite, these at Korea Chinese students after graduation will be Chinese expert in Korea or Korean expert in China. China and South Korea contribute to exchange. Therefore, to understand their situation, analyze student career management issues, the corresponding improvement plan, regardless of knowledge or practical point of view angle, are of great significance. This study surveys the time from the beginning of November 2013, which lasted two weeks. After the questionnaires were collected, and then processed using statistical software (SPSS 12.0) to analyze the factors which influence the choice of the at Korea Chinese students to careers, and logistic regression analysis.In Korea Chinese students for a career choice behavior analysis, the main results are as follows:1)synthesize and analyze the students in choosing a career in the important thinking of the time factor in some of the results are as follows: students who choose to return to China ranked the importance of information in turn is Korean level, living environment, the possibility of development, employment information, income, student career guidance policies, interests, values, personal ability to play, parental social or economic status order. Choose to stay in South Korea ranked the importance of students' information in turn is the possibility of development, income, level of Korean language, living environment, employment information, health, interests, personal ability to play, values, student employment policies in order.2)Students consider the degree of difference in the time to choose a career as follows from the results of the analysis in terms of personal factors, choose Korean students than Chinese students choose health status and skill factors considered more important. From the point of view of environmental factors, select Chinese students than to select students to stay in Korea that parents expectations is a more important factor. About differences in employment prospects factor analysis showed that compared to Chinese students choose to remain in South Korea to select students the opportunity to think and experience the possibility of development is more important.3)Personal factors, educational factors, interpersonal factors, economic factors and other students to choose a career that had an impact.
