2017年的“十三五”规划中国家明确提到了要加强地热能的开发与利用,相对于传统能源来说,地热能属于蓝海产业,市场的规模超千亿。随着国家加大供给侧改革的力度,能源结构的调整以及生态绿色政策下,各大能源企业积极发展地热业务。然而在当前地热产业发展的过程中,受宏观环境的影响,其还存在着缺少足够的奖金支持、技术创新不够、整体效率不高等问题。当前我国地热市场没有形成以地热为核心的成熟的商业模式,还没有形成完整的产业链。因此,对于地热企业来说,要想实现自身在竞争中突破发展,也需要基于产业链、供应链来推动自身的战略发展。 本文采用案例分析法、调查问卷法和战略分析法,以H地热公司为例,对该公司一体化战略转型中的问题进行研究。首先,阐述地热能、战略转型的概念以及相关研究成果,总结PEST、IE矩阵、QSPM矩阵等战略分析方法,为后续研究奠定基础。其次,对H地热公司发展战略的现状和战略转型的过程进行分析,并通过调查问卷的方法找出H地热公司一体化战略转型中面临的问题。再次,分析H地热公司一体化战略转型的内外部环境,并通过IE矩阵对H地热公司的内部和外部环境进行分析。最后,提出H地热公司一体化战略转型的选择和实施对策,基于QPSM矩阵对H地热公司的发展战略进行评价,并找出适合H地热公司的战略转型路径,并对战略转型的实施和保障措施进行阐述。 本文对H地热公司一体化战略转型中面临的问题进行研究,不仅有利于解决H地热公司一体化战略转型的问题,还能为其他同类企业提供指导和借鉴,具有一定研究价值。 |

In the "13th Five-Year Plan" in 2017, the country clearly mentioned the need to strengthen the development and utilization of geothermal energy. Compared with traditional energy, geothermal energy belongs to the blue ocean industry, and the market size exceeds 100 billion. With the country's efforts to increase supply-side reforms, energy structure adjustments and ecological green policies, major energy companies are actively developing geothermal businesses. However, in the current process of the development of the geothermal industry, affected by the macro environment, there are still problems such as lack of sufficient bonus support, insufficient technological innovation, and low overall efficiency. At present, my country's geothermal market has not formed a mature business model with geothermal as the core, and has not yet formed a complete industrial chain. Therefore, for geothermal companies, if they want to achieve breakthrough development in the competition, they also need to promote their own strategic development based on the industrial chain and supply chain. This article adopts case analysis method, questionnaire method and strategic analysis method, taking H Geothermal Company as an example, to study the problems in the company's integrated strategic transformation. First, the concept of geothermal energy, strategic transformation and related research results are explained, and strategic analysis methods such as PEST, IE matrix, and QSPM matrix are summarized to lay the foundation for follow-up research. Secondly, it analyzes the status quo of H Geothermal Company's development strategy and the process of strategic transformation, and finds out the problems faced by H Geothermal Company's integrated strategic transformation through the method of questionnaire. Third, analyze the internal and external environment of H Geothermal Company's integrated strategic transformation, and analyze the internal and external environment of H Geothermal Company through the IE matrix. Finally, the selection and implementation countermeasures of H Geothermal Company's integrated strategic transformation are proposed, and the development strategy of H Geothermal Company is evaluated based on the QPSM matrix, and a strategic transformation path suitable for H Geothermal Company is found, and the implementation and safeguard measures of the strategic transformation Explain. This paper studies the problems faced by H Geothermal Company's integrated strategic transformation, which is not only conducive to solving the problem of H Geothermal Company's integrated strategic transformation, but also provides guidance and reference for other similar enterprises, which has certain research value.
