本研究从基础教育中“学校外延发展的局限”和 “学校教育科研的尴尬”两大问题出发,提出“学校发展要走内涵发展”的方向和“通过教育科研促进学校内涵发展”的命题。 本研究在文献研究的基础上,对“学校教育科研”和“学校内涵发展”的概念进行界定,对相关理论依据进行探讨。接下来以亚太学校教育科研促进学校内涵发展的实践为实例,通过学校教育科研与学校管理模式、与教师校本研修、与学校德育特色、与学校知识管理四大方面促进作用的实践描述和教师问卷调研获得相关的实证,并对亚太学校发展提出建设性意见。最后,引入“校本研究”和“校兴科研”两大因素解读学校教育科研与学校内涵发展之间的内在路径联系,建立学校教育科研促进学校内涵发展的理论模型,提出相关的七大有效策略。本研究把“学校教育科研”和“学校内涵发展”创造性地关联在一起,既为“学校教育科研”指明一个方向,又为“学校内涵发展”探索一种途径。相关模型的建立和策略的探讨对于亚太学校通过教育科研进一步促进学校内涵发展,对于准备和正在通过教育科研促进学校内涵发展的其它学校均有重要的指导意义和参考价值。

Starting from the two basic education questions: "the confusion of School Extension Development " and "the awkward in School education and research ", the research puts forward these two propositions: school development should take internal development and internal development should be promoted through education and research.Based on the literature study of the subject, this research has made some explorations to relative theoretical basis after defined the conceptions of "school education and research" and "school connotation development". Then taking the example of the practice of Asia-Pacific Experimental School Scientific Research promoting the internal development, the research has got solid evidence from the concrete description and questionnaires targeted at teachers through the promoting effect between education and Scientific Research and school management mode, school-based research of the teachers, school moral educations and the school knowledge management, and gives constructive comments for the development of Asia-Pacific Experimental School of Beijing Normal University.In conclusion, by leading into these two elements:"school-based research" and" research on revitalizing School", the research analyses the inner correlation between "school education and research" and "internal development". Setting up a theoretical model of school education and research that promote internal development, the research proposes seven relative efficient strategies.This research creatively associates "school education and research" and " internal development of school", which not only points out a direction for the "School education and research", but also explores a way for " internal development of the schools". The establishment of relative models and explorations of the strategies have certain instructive significance and reference value for the Asia-Pacific experimental school aiming to promote the internal development of the school through education and scientific research as well as for universities preparing or undergoing the process of highlighting education and research to push forward the internal development of their schools.
