称谓语是人际沟通的基本要素和重要工具,正确使用称谓语有利于构建良好的人际关系。本研究以本科生的称谓语使用为研究对象,分析不同因素对其的影响,并总结其总体特点。 本研究以北京某高校本科生为研究对象,使用问卷调查作为主要研究方法,将被试学生分为男性和女性,通过问卷分别调查了他们对大学校园内不同年级的学生、不同称呼对象使用的称谓语。通过调查发现,大学生使用称谓语有四个基本特征:大学生的称谓语使用种类十分丰富;大学生称谓语使用存在性别差异;针对不同称呼对象,大学生会根据其身份选择不同称谓语;在称呼学校后勤人员时,称谓语缺失现象明显。性别、称呼对象、年级对本科生称谓语使用的影响有:女性因与男性在权势、地位上的不同而更希望在对话中获取支持,所以,女性本科生比男性本科生在选择称谓语时更注重礼貌;在称呼大学校园中不同称呼对象时,本科生会因其职业特点或权力大小采取不同种类的称谓语;在称呼不同年级学生时,本科生会因年级高低而从礼貌或亲疏关系等角度出发选择称谓语。 |

Address forms are an essential element and tool for communication. Using address forms appropriately is conducive to the construction of interpersonal relationship. This study mainly focuses on undergraduate students’ use of address forms to analyzes the influence of different factors on it, and summarizes its overall characteristics. This study takes undergraduate students in a university in Beijing as subjects, and uses a questionnaire as the tool. Students are divided into male and female subjects. The questionnaire investigates their use of address forms to call students of different grades and communicative addressees. Through the investigation, it is found that there are four characteristics in undergraduate students’ use of address forms: the types of address forms used by undergraduate students are very rich; there are gender differences in undergraduate students’ use of address forms; for different addressees, undergraduate students will choose different address forms according to their identities; when addressing school logistics personnel, the absence of address forms is obvious. The effects of gender, communicative addressees and grade on undergraduate students’ use of address forms are as follows: Because of the differences in power and status between males and females, females tend to win support from others in the conversation. Therefore, female undergraduate students pay more attention to politeness than male undergraduate students in choosing address forms; undergraduate students will adopt different kinds of address forms when addressing different communicative addressees on campus according to characteristics of their occupations or power; undergraduate students will use address forms from the perspective of politeness or intimacy when addressing students of different grades. |
