2017年初,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》,这一文件的颁布对中小学传统文化教育起到很好的指导作用。文件中强调传统文化教育要“贯穿国民教育始终”,“融入生产生活”,“挖掘和保护乡土文化资源”。将传统文化融入小学语文教育,可以丰富语文教育的内容,继承和弘扬中华民族精神,促进学生健康成长。 本文以深圳市德风学校传统文化教育为例,在调查中发现传统文化在小学语文教育主要存在三个问题:语文教师传统文化素养不足、学生学习传统文化积极性不高、学校管理层面上认识不足。分析这些问题、现象出现的三点原因后,试提出几种将传统文化融入小学教育的途径,第一点是挖掘部编本教科书中的传统文化,落实国家对于传统文化教材的重视;第二点是补充校本课程里的传统文化内容,结合地区,学校自己的历史文化进行扩展,这也顺应了《意见》中“挖掘和保护乡土文化资源”的要求。在课外,可以编写一套适合小学生阅读的传统文化读本,设计“中华传统文化课程体系”,或者开展各种丰富有趣的传统文化讲座,活动,这些都是传统文化融入小学语文教学中的有效途径。

At the beginning of the 2017, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance and Development Project of the Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture," and asked each region and department to implement it in a practical and conscientious manner. The promulgation of this document will raise traditional culture and education to the level of national concern. Meanwhile, traditional education was underscored must “run through the national education”, “integrate into production” and “excavate and protect local cultural resources”. traditional culture infiltrate into primary school education, which can expand the depth of Chinese Education, meet the growth needs of students, inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Chinese nation. After researching and studying the elementary school I work in, I find there are three problems here: Chinese teachers are lacking of traditional cultural literacy; students' enthusiasm for learning traditional culture is not high; school management is also lacking of knowledge. Analyze the causes of these problems. First , we have summarized three solutions to this problem: on the one hand, in the classroom, the first is to tap the traditional culture in the language documents, to utilize the most convenient ways .The second point is to supplement the traditional cultural content in the school-based curriculum, combining the regions with school’s own history in traditional culture-related teaching processes to enlarge related education. It requires teachers to have a strong sense of school identity and to fully understand the history and culture of their region, which also adjusts to the requirements for “excavate and protect local cultural resources” in the “Opinions”. On the other hand, after the class, we can write a set of traditional cultural books suitable for primary school students to read, or hold a variety of rich and interesting traditional cultural lectures and activities. These are effective ways for traditional culture to infiltrate into the teaching of primary schools.
