本研究将2012级免费师范生作为研究对象，采用访谈法、观察法、文本分析法等对2012级免费师范生在2015年教育实习的工作情况进行调查分析。本次参与调查的有5名来自不同专业的免费师范生，一名北师大教务处的老师以及实习基地的一名教师。拟调查北京师范大学免费师范生教育实习管理模式的实施情况，以及教育实习的管理模式对于学生就业的影响。在深入的调查研究之后，发现北京师范大学的教育实习管理模式给学生带来优质实习资源的同时，也有一些问题，具体如下：学校与实习基地的沟通不畅，造成实习生找工作十分困难；指导老师并没有起到指导学生实习的作用，造成学校的优秀资源的闲置；实习期间的补助比较少，不能满足学生实习的日常需求；实习大组的管理模式存在漏洞，多实习基地将默认实习大组长为整个组内比较优秀的学生，从而造成对其他同学的利益损害；不同小组实习生之间的沟通较少，不能使得优质的教学资源进行信息共享等。本次研究在对北京师范大学2012级学生调查的基础之上的得出的研究结论，希望为北京师范大学免费师范生的实习管理的决策者提供参考。

In this study, 2012 free education for students as research subjects, using interviews of 2012 free college students were investigated and analyzed in 2015 education practice work. Content and the investigation of five major aspects, namely school management, team management practice, base management practice, practice evaluation, employment impact, reflecting the student is reflected in subsidy during the internship is too small, a large head of the internship schools need further screening distribution of publicity, involuntary practice base, lack of communication with the instructor and other issues.
