每一次技术的发展都为教育注入了新鲜的血液,推动着教育的不断前行。Web2.0作为近十年最引人注目的技术发展之一,将教育也带入了以“自由、开放、共享、多元”为理念的2.0时代。博客、维基百科全书等Web2.0工具或服务成为教师和学生教与学的重要媒介。随着Web2.0对教育的意义被普遍接受,个人学习环境(Personal Learning Environment, PLE)的概念孕育而生。个人学习环境是建立在外部Web2.0工具之上,旨在帮助学生聚合资源、分享资源、参与到集体知识的生成和管理自己知识建构的新型学习环境 。个人学习环境作为对未来全球教育领域中的教学将产生重要影响的新兴技术之一,具备重要的研究价值。个人学习环境虽然早在2004年被提出且在设计与支持网上学习环境的专家中引起了广泛关注和研究,但是至今还未产生一个具有广泛影响的个人学习环境案例。主要有两点原因:第一,个人学习环境结构松散、强调自主学习等特点对学生的信息技术能力和自主学习的能力要求较高;第二,个人学习环境更适合非正式学习的特性且网络教学平台在教育机构的优势地位使其在教育机构中接受度不高。针对以上问题,本文提出了基于网络教学平台建构个人学习环境的思路,能有效解决个人学习环境面临的困境。希望设计与开发的个人学习环境支撑系统能有效引导学生学会获取信息、学会交流、学会共享、学会构建的Web2.0学习方式,最终促进学生的发展。本研究主要分为以下四个阶段:第一,从研究问题入手,进行调研,了解当前的研究现状,总结当前研究的成果,分析不足之处;第二,在前期调研的基础上,设计个人学习环境模型;第三,支撑系统的开发;第四,在实践中使用和评价系统。系统的应用评价反馈分析表明,本研究中开发的支撑系统具备个人学习环境以学习者为主体、开放性、个性化等特点,实现了对已有模型和网络教学平台中PLE的改进预期,而且能有效支持学习者在个人学习环境中的学习。

Each development of technology injects fresh blood for education, promoting education moving forward continuously. Web2.0, one of the most striking technological developments in this decade, has brought the education into the 2.0 era which is characterized by freedom, openness, sharing, and pluralism. Blog, Wikipedia and other Web 2.0 tools or services have become important media for teachers and students in teaching and learning. The concept of personal learning environment comes about as a label which is recognized as application of the social communication technologies of Web2.0 to education. Personal learning environment is a brand new learning environment, which is built on externally hosted Web 2.0 tools and services aiming to help students aggregate and share resources, participate in collective knowledge generation, and manage their own meaning making. As an emerging technology that is likely to have a large impact on teaching and learning within education around the globe, the personal learning environment is well worth studying.Personal learning environment was brought up as early as 2004 and attracted wide attention and research among online learning expects. However, until now there is no personal learning environment case with widespread impact. There are two main reasons: First, student is required to possess computer skills and self-regulation skills to study efficiently in loosely constructed personal learning environment that stresses self-regulated learning; Second, personal learning environment is not accepted by educational institutions because it serves informal learning better and the dominant position that LMS has obtained in educational institutions. To solve the problems above, this paper proposes the idea of developing the personal learning environment based on learning management system, which can effectively solve the difficulties lying in the personal learning environment. I hope that personal learning environment can help guide students form style of Web2.0 Learning that learning through communication and sharing, which will ultimately promote the development of students. This study is divided into the following four stages: First, start with the research questions, conduct research, understand the current status quo, summarize the results of the current study,and analyse the imperfect; Second, on the basis of the preliminary investigation, design personal learning environment model; Third, develop the support system; Fourth, use the support system and evaluate the system.The feedback from analysis shows that the support system developed in this study is student-centered, open, personalized with which PLE is characterized, having achieved the improvement and it can support the learning of student in the personal learning environment to some extends.
