3-6 岁是幼儿动作发展的关键时期,是其获得各项身体素质能力的敏感时期, 在这个时期对其进行科学有效的体育锻炼能够达到事半功倍的效果。体育游戏不 仅具有体育的特性,还有游戏的特征,它对于促进幼儿动作发展和全面发展的效 果已经被研究者证实,因此创编出科学有效的幼儿体育游戏对于幼儿的生长发育 具有重要的意义。本文依据教育部颁布的《3-6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》(试行) 和《幼儿园指导纲要》(试行),在运动心理学、运动训练学、儿童发展心理学 等理论指导下,结合幼儿身心发展规律和体育游戏创编理论创编出符合幼儿发展 特点、充满趣味性、幼儿喜欢的体育游戏。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和 案例分析法等研究方法,以幼儿体育游戏创编为研究对象,得出以下结论: 1. 幼儿体育游戏的创编符合幼儿的身心发展特点和教学目标,创编依据教育部颁布的《3-6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》进行,更具有科学性和指导性。 2. 幼儿体育游戏创编以幼儿的走、跑、跳、投掷等基础性动作为主,创编内容充满情景化、趣味性,更加符合幼儿的认知水平和发展特点。创建遵循科学性、教育性、安全性、针对性、锻炼性等创编原则。 3. 幼儿体育游戏创编时采用的方法主要有组合法、模仿法、情景法、移植法、借鉴法。其中模仿法和情景法创编的体育游戏比较受幼儿喜爱。 4. 幼儿体育游戏创编步骤完整,包括前期部分、创编过程、结束部分。前期部分包括游戏目标的确立,游戏素材的搜集整理;创编部分包括游戏内容、方法、规则的制定,游戏的教学提示和安全提示;结束部分包括游戏的校园实践和专家评审。

3-6 years old is a crucial period for the development of children's movements, and it is a sensitive period for obtaining various physical qualities. During this period, scientific and effective physical exercise can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Sports games not only have the characteristics of sports, but also the characteristics of games. The effect of promoting the development and comprehensive development of children's movements has been confirmed by researchers. Therefore, the creation of scientific and effective children's sports games is of great significance to the growth and development of young children. This article is based on the "Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children 3-6 Years" (Trial) and the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Guidance" (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Education, combined with theories under the guidance of sports psychology, sports training, and child development psychology. The law of physical and mental development and the theory of sports game creation create a sports game that is in line with the characteristics of early childhood development, full of fun, and children's favorite. This paper adopts the research methods such as literature data method, expert interview method and case analysis method, and takes the creation of children's sports games as the research object, and draws the following conclusions: 1. The creation of children's sports games is in line with the children's physical and mental development characteristics and teaching objectives. The creation is based on the “Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6” issued by the Ministry of Education, which is more scientific and instructive. 2. The creation of children's sports games is based on the basic movements of children's walking, running, jumping and throwing. The content of the creation is full of contextualization and fun, which is more in line with the cognitive level and development characteristics of young children. The creation follows the principles of science, education, safety, pertinence, and exercise. 3. The methods used in the creation of children's sports games mainly include combination method, imitation method, situation method, transplantation method, reference method, and collection method. Among them, sports games created by imitation and situational methods are more popular among young children. 4. The childcare sports game creation process is complete, including the previous part, the creation process, and the end part. The early part includes the establishment of game goals, the collection of game materials; the creation part includes the game content, methods, rules, game teaching tips and security tips; the end part includes the game's campus practice and expert review.
