语言是知识和技术的载体,要掌握先进的知识和技术就要首先掌握记载这种先进知识和技术的语言,因此语言的学习就具有重要的意义。我国是一个多民族的国家,民族间的交流也需要推广以汉语为官方语言的普通话。在建设有中国特色社会主义现代化的历史进程中,大力推广、积极普及全国通用的普通话,有利于克服语言隔阂,增进各民族各地区的交流,维护国家统一,促进民族的共同繁荣和发展,增强中华民族凝聚力。内地西藏班(校)教育是内地各省市响应党和国家智力援藏的号召而开创的、主要招收西藏学生的民族教育模式,学生在内地系统地学习以汉语文为语言载体的各种先进知识和技术,同时学习以母语为藏语的藏文知识。二十多年来,这种民族教育模式为西藏为国家培养了上万名西藏建设人才。这些学生通过初中、高中、大学在内地的努力学习掌握了扎实的、先进的知识和技术,为民族的发展、国家的统一、社会的安定做出了重要的贡献。但是,随着社会经济、政治、文化的发展,内地西藏班的高中生汉语学习的兴趣在日益降低,这其中的原因有种种。本文以内地西藏班开设的意义的角度,阐发了汉语文学习的意义,指出了内地西藏班高中生自身的特点,他们在汉语文学习中存在的问题,分别从学生的角度、教师的角度进行分析,运用动机理论,从内在动机的激发和外在动机的影响两方面进行论述,通过改善学习方式和教学方式来激发内地西藏班高中生学生汉语文学习动机。旨在通过本文的论述来提高内地西藏班高中生的汉语文水平,进而提高他们的整体文化素质,为其他各科以及今后的学习和工作打下扎实的基础,为民族团结和发展做出更大的贡献。同时从本人角度来讲也可以更好地进行民族教育工作。
