自闭症是一种严重的儿童期障碍,存在社交功能损伤,沟通能力损伤以及存在刻板的行为,兴趣和动作。近年来,随着自闭症患者的逐渐增加,自闭症已逐渐为人所知,自闭症也越来越受到社会的关注。由于中国对自闭症的研究起步较晚,对于自闭症的治疗方式多集中在医学和康复训练领域,自闭症儿童的心理治疗尚属空白。由于自闭症儿童难以接受变化,进入学校或青春期后会产生很多的适应不良和情绪问题,为了进一步探讨学龄初和青春期自闭症儿童的箱庭特征和治疗效果,笔者在某培智学校选取了30名被试,并按照发展阶段将其分成两组:学龄初期组和青春期组,每组15人,分别作初始箱庭特征研究,并采用质性研究的方式进行比较。结论如下:1. 与自闭症儿童建立信任关系相对较慢。2. 大多数自闭症儿童呈现无主题和无自我像的状态。3. 大多数自闭症儿童表现出对沙的特殊喜爱。4. 箱庭游戏过程中多数自闭症儿童表现出的自语和重复语言状态。5. 自闭症儿童的箱庭作品特征中普遍出现E(空虚性)和CRD(情感混乱)状态。

ial and communication function, and stereotype in behavior, interest and act. In recent years, autism is getting to be known and much concerned by society with the increasing number of sufferers. China is late in the study of autism and most of the healing ways are in the field of medicine and recovery training instead of psychological treatment. Since children with autism are really hard to adopt changes, maladjustment and emotional problems may appear when they begin to accept education and also in their adolescence. In order to further investigate the features and treatment result of the sandplay in autism during the stage of elementary and adolescence, 30 subjects were selected from a mental restarded school and distributed into two groups, 15 each, by developmental stage: elementary and adolescence. Features study on initial sandplay was carried out respectively and the results were compared through qualitative analysis. Conclusions are as follows:1. To eastablish a reliable relationship with autism is relatively slow.2. Initial sandplays of most of the subjects wre shown no themes and self-images. 3. Most of the subjects showed special interests in sand. 4. Most of the subjects had echolalia or repetitive words in the process of sandplay.5. Level CRD & E were shown in most of the subjects’ initial sandplay.
