本研究的目的旨在探求基本体操运动对智力障碍儿童下肢水平移动能力和垂直移动能力的影响。研究主要运用运动干预实验法,以基本体操中的韵律组合、支撑、爬行、翻滚等练习作为干预自变量,选取4名7-8岁患有轻度智力障碍的男性儿童作为被试。在实验期间采用1对2的教学模式进行16周的基本体操运动干预,采用Peabody-2量表作为测试指标对儿童的运动水平进行前后比对评估。研究表明:基本体操对智力障碍儿童移动能力的提升有积极影响,智力障碍儿童的走、跑、跳能力均有显著提高。 |

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of basic gymnastic exercises on the horizontal and vertical mobility of the lower limbs of children with intellectual disabilities. Four male children aged 7-8 years with mild mental retardation were selected as subjects for the study, using rhythmic combinations, support, crawling and tumbling exercises as the independent variables of the intervention. The children's exercise levels were assessed using the Peabody-2 scale as a pre and post test. The study showed that basic gymnastics had a positive impact on the improvement of mobility in children with intellectual disabilities, with significant improvements in walking, running and jumping ability in children with intellectual disabilities. |
