在环境受到严重污染及不可再生资源遭到破坏的今天，我国政府提出了经济发展要与环境保护相统一。提倡绿色经济发展的新理念。要想使全球可持续性发展，就要节约能源的同时，减少环境污染。因此，绿色经济的发展是当今发展的趋势，风电项目是当今清洁能源中发展最好的。与此同时，随着全球经济趋于衰退，大众创业和创新被视为中国新常态下的重要发展战略。企业的研发支出以及研究与开发活动产出的新产品、新技术都会影响企业各方面的绩效。绿色经济产业中的风电产业，目前的发展：研发创新有待提高，资源浪费和生态污染有待减少。因此，本文以绿色经济以及创新与经济增长等理论为基础，以中国风电上市公司为研究对象，通过研发投入对企业财务绩效、技术绩效、价值绩效三方面表现进行了分析。通过实证分析，为风电上市公司提出了更全面，更客观的绩效评价方法，并在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。 研究结果表明，风电上市公司研发投入与企业财务绩效、技术绩效以及价值绩效之间都存在着正相关关系，同时也存在着一定的滞后性。综上可知，研发投入有助于提升风电企业绩效。为了能得到更多的投资，企业要开发更多专利产品，从而得到更多的盈利，这样才更有益于促进如风电行业的绿色经济型企业的发展。因此，为了更好的促进绿色经济企业的发展，本文建议：首先，进行多渠道融资，加大风电企业的研发投入。若风电企业只顾短期的资本投入，它将无法支撑着企业研发支出。若风电企业没有开拓其融资渠道，它将面临着单一资金链随时断裂的风险，进而无法维持企业的合理运行。其次，风电企业应注重高素质专业人才的储备和引进。合理的储备创新型人才是企业发展的根本所在，如果企业能与高校合作，就意味着高校将是企业寻求储备人才的宝库。再次，寻求风电行业合作共贏，谋求资源的充分开发与利用。只有企业之间寻求共赢，才能把企业做大、做强。在资源有限的条件下，谋求资源的共享才能更好地节约企业成本。另外，保护风电企业知识产权，形成良性市场竞争。保护知识产权是企业生存的命脉，只有知识产权得以保护，才能使企业形成良好的创新氛围，并能在公平公正的环境中促成良性的竞争。最后，若绿色经济产业得到更多的政府补贴，那么对于国家的经济结构的转型及优化，就能更好的发挥其推动作用。所以在政府地积极主导下，应不断完善新补贴机制，对于企业是否朝着绿色经济方向发展尤为重要。

The government promote a new concept of green economy development. To make the global sustainable development, it is necessary to save energy while reducing environmental pollution. Therefore, green economy is the developing trend in today, meanwhile, wind power project is the best clean energy and the perfect choice. At the same time, as the global economy tends to decline, mass entrepreneurship and innovation are seen as important development strategies under China's new normal. The cost of research and development, as well as new products and technologies produced by R&D activities will influence the result of companies in every-way. The current development of wind power industry in green economy industry: R&D innovation needs to be improved, waste of resources and ecological pollution need to be reduced. Therefore, based on the theory of green economy and innovation and economic growth, this paper takes China wind power listed companies as the research object, and analyzes the performance of enterprise financial performance, technical performance and value performance through R&D investment. Through the empirical analysis, this paper proposes a performance evaluation method which is more comprehensive and objective for wind power listed companies, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis. The results show that there exists a positive correlation among research and development input and enterprise financial performance, technical performance and value performance of wind power listed companies, but there is a certain lag. In summary, R&D investment helps to improve the performance of enterprises. In order to get more investment, enterprises need to develop more patented products, so as to get more profits, which is more conducive to promoting the development of green economy enterprises. Therefore, in order to better promote the development of green economy enterprises, this paper suggests that enterprises should seek long-term capital investment and multi-channel capital integration. If wind power companies only focus on short-term capital investment, it will not be able to support Enterprise R&D spending. If the wind power enterprise does not open up its financing channels, it will face the risk of a single capital chain breaking at any time, thus unable to maintain the reasonable operation of the enterprise; Reasonable introduction and reserve of innovative talents. Reasonable reserve of innovative talents is the foundation of enterprise development, if enterprises can cooperate with colleges and universities, it means that colleges and universities will be the treasure house for enterprises to seek reserve talents; Seek cooperation and win, and seek to share resources. Only by seeking win-win situation among enterprises can the enterprises be enlarged and strengthened. Under the condition of limited resources, it is necessary to seek the contribution of resources in order to save the cost of enterprises better; Protect intellectual property rights and form benign competition. The protection of intellectual property rights is the lifeblood of the survival of enterprises. Only by protecting intellectual property can an enterprise form a good atmosphere of innovation and promote healthy competition in a fair and just environment.; If the green economy industry receives more government subsidies, it will play a better role in promoting the transformation and optimization of the country's economic structure. Therefore, under the active leadership of the government, we should constantly improve the new subsidy mechanism, which is particularly important for enterprises to develop towards a green economy.
