出马仙信仰是一种以动物仙家为信仰主体的民间信仰，它在东北地区有广泛的信众，深受推崇。本文选取吉林省四平市伊通满族自治县作为田野调查地区，发现此地出马仙信仰的形成与地区发展和人们的观念世界有深切的联系，它契合了信众的心理，形成了独特的地区信仰体系。

本文从出马仙的信仰实践和身份转变两方面出发，通过文献梳理和田野调查的方法，讨论在现代语境下出马仙的信仰现状，分析出马仙身份获得过程中身心的发展变化。出马仙是东北地区的代表性灵媒群体，他们借用动物仙家的力量给人“看事儿”治病，是当地民俗医疗的重要组成部分。同时出马仙通过灵验叙事和禁忌故事，巩固自己的权威。而随着社会发展，出马仙对自身社会角色的看法也发生了转变，其神圣性、权威性也有所消解，变化的背后正是文化功能转变的体现。

The belief of Chumaxian is a kind of folk belief with animal immortal as the main body of belief, which has a wide range of believers in the northeast region and is highly respected. In this paper, the Yitong Manchu Autonomous County in Siping City, Jilin Province, was selected as a field research area, and it was found that the formation of the belief of the horse fairy in this area has a deep connection with the development of the area and the conceptual world of the people, which fits the psychology of the believers in the Northeast region, and forms a unique belief system of the region.

In this paper, we discuss the current situation of the belief of Chumaxian in the modern context and analyze the physical and mental development of Chumaxian in the process of acquiring his identity from the perspective of Chumaxian 's belief practice and identity transformation through literature review and fieldwork. Chumaxian are a representative group of mediums in the Northeast region, who use the power of the animal immortals to cure people's illnesses, which is an important part of the local folk medical care. At the same time, they consolidate their authority through spiritual narratives and taboo stories. However, with the development of society, the viewpoint of the horse fairy on its social role has also changed, and its sanctity and authority have also been dissolved, which is a reflection of the change in its cultural function.
