本研究是关于大学生同伴交往的定量研究,经过问卷调查方式,分析大学生同伴交往现状。从学生背景特征信息分析对同伴交往活动的影响因素,最后针对大学生同伴交往活动现状及其对学习收获的影响做出相关分析并提出改进建议。 研究结果表明:(1)大学生同伴交往现状整体处于一般水平,仍有较大的提升空间。(2)大学生同伴交往经验在性别、民族、课外学习时间、学习成绩、父母受教育程度和是否攻读更高学位上存在显著性差异,考试成绩较低的学生在交往中比成绩好的学生更积极,交往更频繁,在综合测评中,成绩在60分以下的学生优于成绩在90分以上的学生;在年龄、年级、学分、住处上不存在显著性差异。(3)同伴交往经验对学生学习收获具有显著性影响,“常常”交往的学生群体在综合收获测评和5项能力发展上优于“很少”交往的学生。同伴交往经验对通识教育和智力技能方面的影响最大,其次是个人发展,对科技能力和职业技能方面的影响最小;另外在同伴交往的12个项目中,跨学科之间的交往经验对学习收获的影响最显著。

This study is a quantitative research on college peer .Through the questionnaires, the study analyze the current situation of College Students' peer communications and it also explore the reasons of peer communications by analyzing the students' background information and impact on learning .Finally, based on the research results , make recommendations for improvement. The results show that: (1) The overall of the college Students' peer condition is in the general level, there is still much room for improvement. (2) There were significant differences on the gender, ethnicity, extracurricular time, academic performance, parental education level and whether in pursuing a higher degree the peer interaction; the students who get lower scores are more aggressive and frequent than those get higher scores, in addition, the students in grades 60 points or less are better than those 90 points or more in the comprehensive evaluation; there were no significant differences in age, grade, credits, residence. (3) The peer interaction experience has significant impact on student learning gains , with the largest impact on general education and intellectual skills, followed by personal development, the impact of scientific and technological capabilities and professional skills is the smallest; besides, in the 12 projects of peer interaction activities , the interdisciplinary exchanges has the most positive influence on the achievements of the college students. “Often” groups are better than “rarely” ones in the comprehensive evaluation.
