本文探索了组织文化知觉对员工心理资本的影响和作用。对274个样本的相关分析和回归分析发现,官僚型、支持型、创新型三种类型的组织文化知觉对员工心理资本均有显著的正向作用。不同类型的组织文化知觉对员工心理资本的影响不同。单独考虑一种组织文化知觉时,相对而言,创新型文化对员工心理资本的影响最大,支持型文化次之,官僚型文化最弱;同时考虑多种组织文化知觉时,支持型文化对心理资本影响的显著性减弱,官僚型文化的作用变得不显著,而创新型文化的作用依然显著。组织文化知觉在员工心理资本的形成和发展过程中发挥了积极的作用,组织应该重视对组织文化的营造和管理,加强员工心理资本的开发。

To explore the relationship between perception of organizational culture and psychological capital, an empirical study was conducted. The 274 samples were collected from employees of corporations in China. The study has found that (1) the perception of bureaucratic, supportive and innovative cultures have positive effects on psychological capital, (2) the effect of innovative culture is obviously stronger than other 2 cultures, (3) the positive effect of bureaucratic culture on psychological capital becomes insignificant when the other cultures were added into the regression model, especially the innovative culture. In conclusion, the perception of organizational culture plays a positive role in the development of psychological capital.
