       随着信息技术的发展和全球市场的延伸,各国各地的企业都开始融入到整个世界市场 当中,其中平台企业也竞相发展起来,在整个经济中起到的作用正在变得越来越重要。平 台企业是指在互联网快速发展的时代下,通过搭建一个信息的生产、浏览、互动的平台, 提供多元化的产品和服务,促成主体间通过网络进行联系、达成交易并从中盈利的一种新 的经济组织形式。现阶段平台竞争正在逐渐代替原来的企业混战,成为市场竞争的主要形 式,为我国经济发展做出了巨大贡献。如今国内外关于平台企业的学术研究大多集中于平 台企业的海外市场结构、商业模式以及发展的生命周期特点等方面的研究,而在关于走出 去模式上的研究少之又少。
      本文从平台企业海外市场进入模式的角度对互联网平台企业进行分析,从一个全新的 角度来探讨平台企业。阐述海外市场进入模式的理论基础,总结我国平台企业的特征、海 外市场发展的现状、分析我国平台企业进入海外市场的动因。重点探究了这些平台企业进 入海外市场的模式选择,采用二元 Logit 模型测定平台企业海外市场进入模式的影响因素, 得出结论:平台的融资效率越高,其在进入海外市场时选择合资的可能性越大;企业规模、 跨国经验、研发能力对平台企业的海外市场进入模式影响并不显著;文化距离越大,平台 企业越明显倾向于选择合资模式,并且得出该因素在海外市场模式选择中的影响力是最大 的。论文也通过引入滴滴出行为典型例子代表,分析其在海外市场发展过程中模式的选择, 探讨模式选择背后的驱动因素,以及在海外市场发展过程中存在哪些问题,通过引入例子 来进行分析,帮助中国的互联网平台企业更深刻的了解平台性质的公司其跨国经营的特 点,还能对未来中国本土的平台企业走出国门提供一定的理论参考和指导帮助。

   With the development of information technology and the extension of the global market, enterprises from all over the world begin to integrate into the whole world market, among which platform enterprises also compete to develop and play a more and more important role in the whole economy. Platform enterprise refers to a new form of economic organization that provides diversified products and services by building a platform for information production, browsing and interaction in the era of the rapid development of the Internet, and facilitates the connection, transaction and profit between subjects through the Internet. At present, platform competition is gradually replacing the original enterprise dogfight and becoming the main form of market competition, which has made great contributions to China's economic development. At present, most of the academic researches on platform enterprises at home and abroad focus on the overseas market structure, business model and development life cycle characteristics of platform enterprises, while there are few researches on the mode of going out.
   This paper analyzes Internet platform enterprises from the perspective of overseas market entry mode of platform enterprises, and discusses platform enterprises from a brand new perspective. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of overseas market entry mode, summarizes the characteristics of Chinese platform enterprises, the current situation of overseas market development, and analyzes the motivation of Chinese platform enterprises to enter overseas market. This paper focuses on the mode selection of these platform enterprises to enter the overseas market, and uses the binary Logit model to measure the influencing factors of platform enterprises to enter the overseas market. It comes to the conclusion that the higher the financing efficiency of the platform, the more likely it is to choose joint venture when entering the overseas market; Enterprise scale, transnational experience and R&D capability have no significant influence on the overseas market entry mode of platform enterprises. The larger the cultural distance is, the more obvious the platform enterprises tend to choose the joint venture model, and it is concluded that this factor has the greatest influence on the choice of overseas market model. Paper also by introducing Didi Chuxing for typical representative, in the process of its development in the overseas market pattern choice, discuss the driving factor behind the mode selection, and what are the problems during the development of overseas markets, by introducing example for analysis, to help China's Internet platform for enterprise deeply understanding the characteristics of the platform of the nature of the company, the multinational business, It can also provide some theoretical reference and guidance for Chinese local platform enterprises to go abroad in the future.
