近几年来大学连续扩招，既让更多的人获得可以进入大学接受高等教育的机会，也因此引发了当今许多大学生求职就业困难的问题，这一问题一直困扰着大四处于求职过程中的同学们。其中一部分人理论知识不足盲目地进行生涯规划，没能把握适当的机会；一部分人对自己和职业的认识程度不够，没有确立良好的职业目标；还有一部分人生涯规划起始时间较晚造成求职屡次失败...从当前职业生涯规划的理论研究来看，职业生涯规划与求职结果是紧密联系在一起的，如果大学生求职前经过良好的职业生涯规划教育或训练，对其求职过程和结果是有积极的影响作用的。结合实际情况和本次调查研究的数据分析，笔者认为大学生的职业生涯规划教育应该提升到一个新的高度，从大一开始并一直延续下去，这样可以使大学生充分的认识和提高自己，增强在求职过程中的竞争力，找到一份自己满意的工作。

University Expansion lasting these years not only gains more students the opportunities to receive higher education but also causes graduates’ employment difficulties nowadays, which bothered the senior students hunting for jobs. Some of them couldn’t grab suitable chance because of blind career-designing with not enough theories, some didn’t set a good career target for lacking awareness of oneself and career, and some started their career-designing too late to succeed in looking for a job. College students’ career-designing connects closely with employment results from researches made in this area recently. Combined with realistic conditions, I believe college students’ career-designing should rise up to a new high degree and last from freshman year to senior, so it can make them fully know about themselves and improve themselves to raise their competitive power and get a satisfied job at last.
