构建现代化产业体系，推动经济高质量发展，需要高质量企业发挥领军作用。作为细分领域的领导者，单项冠军企业具备领先的技术水平和产品质量，在制造业中起到了支柱作用。单项冠军企业有着不同于其他企业的独特性，在推动经济高质量发展的过程中能起到关键作用，因此有必要对其开展研究，但目前学界围绕单项冠军企业开展的研究工作尚不充分。本文认为已经上市的单项冠军企业可以通过股权再融资获取资金，通过促进创新研发和生产能力的提高来推动企业在主营业务上的发展。本文以2006-2021年上市单项冠军企业为研究样本，实证检验了股权再融资对单项冠军企业主营业务发展的影响。结果显示：（1）股权再融资能够促进单项冠军企业的主营业务收入增长。本文分别使用是否发生过股权再融资、股权再融资事件数和股权再融资实际募资额作为解释变量时，都得到了股权再融资能显著促进单项冠军企业主营业务收入增长的结论。当本文将被解释变量替换为主营业务收入增长率，或压缩样本的研究周期，或使用滞后1期的解释变量时，均得到了相一致的结论，证明了文章的结论具有稳健性。（2）在中介机制分析中，本文发现促进企业的创新产出、提高企业的生产能力是股权再融资促进企业的主营业务收入发展的中介渠道。而在调节作用检验中，本文发现单项冠军企业数字化转型程度、管理层薪酬水平增强了股权再融资对其主营业务收入的正向影响，即数字化转型程度越高、管理层薪酬越高，股权再融资对单项冠军企业的主营业务收入的促进作用越强。（3）在进一步分析中，围绕单项冠军企业培育梯度，本文研究发现股权再融资能促进专精特新企业成长为单项冠军企业，证明股权再融资在单项冠军企业的培育体系中发挥重要作用；围绕单项冠军企业的引领带动作用，则研究发现单项冠军企业能够促进当地企业的发展，即当地单项冠军企业数量越多，则本地区的其他企业的主营业务收入越高，尤其是对专精特新企业的主营业务收入增长具有显著的促进作用。本文的研究结论揭示了股权再融资促进企业发展的内在逻辑，对于说明股权再融资的积极作用提供了经验证据，丰富了该领域的研究。单项冠军企业作为我国独创概念，本文作为较早围绕单项冠军企业这一话题开展的实证研究，对于如何在融资环节发力，有效发挥金融对实体经济的支持作用，以金融赋能单项冠军企业发展提供了启示。在培育高质量企业时，应加强梯队建设，构建有层次的高质量制造业企业体系，重视发挥单项冠军企业的引领示范作用，形成各层次企业相互促进、共同发展的产业生态。

To build a modern industrial system and promote high-quality economic development, high-quality enterprises need to play a leading role. As the leader in the market segments, the manufacturing single champion enterprises has the leading technology level and product quality, and plays a pillar role in the manufacturing industry. The manufacturing single champion enterprises are different from other enterprises on account of their uniqueness and can play a key role in promoting high-quality economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on them. However, the research work on the manufacturing single champion enterprises is not enough at present. This paper empirically tests the impact of seasoned equity offerings (SEOs) on the main business development of listed single champion enterprises from 2006 to 2021. The results show that: (1) SEOs can promote the growth of main business income of single champion enterprises. In this paper, when the occurrence of SEOs, the number of SEOs events and the actual amounts raised by SEOs are used as explanatory variables, it is concluded that SEOs can significantly promote the growth of main business income of single champion enterprises. We get the same conclusions when we use the growth rate of main business income as the explained variable, or use the compressed research period of samples, or use the explanatory variable with a lag of one period, which proves the robustness of the conclusions of the paper. (2) In the analysis of intermediary mechanism, this paper finds that promoting innovation output and improving production capacity of enterprises are intermediary channels for SEOs to promote the development of single champion enterprises' main business income. In the moderating effect test, it is found that the degree of digital transformation and the level of management compensation of single champion enterprises enhance the positive impact of SEOs on their main business income, that is, the higher the degree of digital transformation and the higher the level of management compensation, the stronger the promoting effect of SEOs on the main business income of single champion enterprises. (3) In the further analysis, focusing on the cultivation gradient of single champion enterprises, this paper finds that SEOs can promote “specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative” enterprises to grow into single champion enterprises, which proves that SEOs plays an important role in the cultivation system of single champion enterprises; Focusing on the leading and driving role of single champion enterprises, the research finds that single champion enterprises can promote the development of local enterprises, that is, the more local single champion enterprises in the region, the higher the main business income of other enterprises. This effect is more obvious in the “specialized, elaborative, characteristic and innovative” enterprises. The research conclusion of this paper reveals the internal logic of SEOs to promote the development of enterprises, provides empirical evidence to explain the positive effect of SEOs, and enriches the research in this field. Single champion enterprises is an original concept of our country. This paper, as an earlier empirical study on the topic of single champion enterprises, provides the enlightenment on how to exert power in the financing link and effectively play the role of finance in supporting the real economy. When cultivating high-quality enterprises, we should strengthen the construction of echelons, build a hierarchical high-quality manufacturing enterprise system, attach importance to giving full play to the leading and demonstration role of single champion enterprises, and form an industrial ecology in which enterprises at all levels promote each other and develop together.
