21世纪是一个巨变的时代,世界各国的竞争已近进入了白热化。改革以来我国建设取得了翻天覆地的变化,最近几年,经济发展步入“新常态”,社会生产的转型也是迫在眉睫,在此时高素质人才显得尤为重要。基础教育在这种白热化竞争中承担着提高全民素质,为国家培养高素质后备人才的重任。国家教委指出素质教育是面向全体学生着眼于社会长远发展的教育[ 佚名. 关于当前积极推进中小学实施素质教育的若干意见[J]. 人民教育, 1998, (1).]。其中“面向全体学生”是素质教育的根本宗旨,也就是指在学校教育的活动中,给予每一个学生一个均等的机会,使其有可能在自己的基础上获得发展和提高,在此特别需要关注学困生的学习情况,做到不放弃不抛弃,促进其能力的全面发展。学习困难在当下已近是一个普遍问题,世界各国均遇到了这种问题,学习困难的存在于个人而言是阻碍了个人全面,健康发展;于国家而言是阻碍了全民素质教育的实施,影响国家竞争力。所以学习困难已近成为社会各界关注的热点之一,而物理所面临的学困生教育尤其严重。因此,对于物理学习困难形成因素和解决策略的研究就是物理教育者所面临的重要课题,只有解决好这个问题,才能进一步实施好素质教育,提高全民素质。国内外众多学者对于这个问题从不同角度做了大量的研究,得出诸多不同的结论,值得借鉴。本文的研究内容是高中生在学习物理力学时所遇到的困难、导致这些困难的原因及改善策略。本文的研究对象时作者所在学校的高中学生,在研究的过程中主要采用了文献综述、资料分析。学生谈话、日常观察、FCI测试、数据分析、成绩分析、对比试验等手段。在各种措施的综合作用之下,本文认为高中力学部分对于学生的认知要求处于一个较高的层次--形式运算水平,而本文所面对的学生只有极少数达到了形式运算水平这个层次。同时高中力学对物理技能和思想方面提出了具体的要求;但是学生由于认知水平较低,同时具有种种不良的学习习惯,导致在力学学习上面产生了极大的困难。为了改善这种状态,本文提出了激发学生学习动力,改善授课模式,重视实验教学和改变考核模式这些措施。并在现实教学中尝试了这些措施,给出了初步的评价。本文主要分为学习困难综述,高中力学特点,力学学习困难分析,改善措施和小结五个部分。

The 21st century has seen and will experience great changes, since the fierce competition among countries will get every corner in the world contained. As a result of the demographic dividend, our country has developed with high speed since the implementation of the Reform and Openness Policy in the past over 20 years. However, with the appearance of “the economic new normal environment”, it cannot be denied that social production must experience a necessary and urgent transformation. It is in such situation that the high quality personnel reserve is of great importance to the development of a country. Elementary education is the focus of training high quality personnel reserve for the coming intensified competition, because it is the key point in the elevation of the public quality. The State Education Commission has indicated that the quality-oriented education severed for all the students and focused on the long-time development of the whole society .Specifically, serving the whole student is the fundamental purpose of the quality-oriented education, which means the school education activities ought to provide every student equal opportunity so as to foster him/her to develop and improve himself/herself with his/her special talent. In such situation, special attentions should be paid for the students with learning difficulties in order to encourage them to develop roundly rather than giving up or abandoning any student optionally.Currently, learning difficulty is a widespread problem that is puzzling all the countries in the world. For one thing, learning difficulty impedes the individually comprehensive and healthy development; for another thing, learning difficulty hinders the implement of public quality-oriented education and weakens the country competitiveness. Therefore, learning difficulty have become one of the hot social issues, among which the physics education are confronting with serious education problems of learning difficulty. As a result, the study of how the physics learning difficulty comes into being and how to figure out such problem is a significant task for physics educators. Physics educators cannot push quality-oriented education to a deeper layer or improve the public quality to a higher level until proper solutions to physics learning difficulty are found. Domestic and overseas educators have processed large quantities of researches on this problems and drawn different conclusions, which are worth considering.This paper focuses on one diminutive sub-topic among the physics learning difficulty—mechanics learning difficulty. Under the instruction of the predecessors’ study results, considering the realistic situation of my school, I chose the high school freshmen as the objects of this study and researched for the trouble they met and the corresponding solving strategies in the mechanics learning process through the way of interviews, observation, questionnaire surveys and contrast tests etc. This paper consists of 5 parts, including, Study Background, Study Status, Study of Mechanical Intrinsic Factors, Study of Students Learning Difficulty Factors and Study of Transformation Strategies for Learning Difficulty Students.This study contributes to provide educators a systematic knowledge of the origin of learning difficulty and solution strategies for mechanical learning difficulty. Therefore, the educators can improve teaching efficiency, push the quality-oriented education to a more comprehensive level as well as fulfill educators’ responsibilities for nation development.
