在习惯性依赖手机的行为被表征为一种社交时代专属症候的今天,社交媒体的“永久链接,永久在线”放大并显像化了信息错失焦虑的研究价值。本研究选取信息错失焦虑(FoMO)作为研究对象,总结现有研究不足,探讨信息错失焦虑的形成逻辑与演化进程。研究在深度访谈的基础上,以扎根理论为研究方法对信息错失焦虑的影响因素展开综合性考察,以微信为考察载体,通过线上个人访谈、线上焦点小组访谈、面对面个人访谈与面对面焦点小组访谈等四种访谈方式对25位符合社交媒体FoMO用户画像的个体进行数据收据,随后进行了开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码等三个步骤,发掘出 5个主范畴、16个初始范畴与47个初始概念,根据编码结果梳理出不同要素的因果逻辑,最终建构了受众信息错失焦虑的影响因素模型。

Today, when habitual dependence on mobile phones is characterized
as a special symptom of the social age, the " always-on" of social
media visualizes the research value of Fear of Missing Out .This study selected
Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) as the research object, summarized the existing
research shortcomings, and discussed the formation logic and evolution process
of FoMO .On the basis of interviews, this study conducted a comprehensive
investigation on the influencing factors of Fear of Missing Out with grounded
theory as the research method. The data receipt of 25 individuals in line with
social media FOMO user portraits was conducted through four interview methods,
including online personal interview, online focus group interview, face-to-face
personal interview and face-to-face focus group interview. Then open coding,
spindle coding and selective coding were carried out, 5 main categories, 16
initial categories and 47 initial concepts are excavated. According to the
coding results, the causal logic of different elements is sorted out. Finally, the
influence model of audience Fear of Missing Out is constructed.
