      当前,网络平台是国产悬疑剧集最主要的播出阵地。据艺恩发布的《2022Q3国产剧集市场研究报告》显示,2022年第三季度上线的国产悬疑剧中有81.8%都是网络剧。但一方面从行业上看,国产网络悬疑剧质近年来呈现出疲软的态势,高口碑佳作产量明显减少。另一方面,学界对国产网络悬疑剧的研究重点倾向于对单一文本的评论,缺少对其受众的关注。因而研究我国网络悬疑剧如何应对市场环境变化,以更好地满足观众的精神文化需求,显得尤为重要。
      本次研究基于心理学学科的社会认知理论视角,通过问卷调查法与焦点小组访谈法,分别从定量与定性的角度,探究了国产网络悬疑剧的受众接受行为模式,力求探查国产网络悬疑剧受众的用户特征、接受行为特征、以及影响其接受行为的具体因素。
      最终研究发现,1.国产网络悬疑剧受众画像大致集中为18至35岁、月均收入在10000元及以下,学历处于本科及以下的人群,且受性别限制较小。2.爱好观看该类剧集的受众黏性较强,习惯高频率追剧,分享意愿高。他们能够理解中插广告的出现,具有一定的消费能力,但却并不喜欢资本的过多介入;观剧时喜欢思考和分析,拥有独立思辨能力和创造能力,对陈旧的理念和叙事手段感到厌烦;具有较高互动意愿和表达欲,喜欢参与即时的讨论;普遍认同该类剧集在情节设计、人物设置、价值引导、视听表达上已经达成了较好效果,同时在观剧时的自我效能感和结果预期值较高。3.年龄与学历会对国产网络悬疑剧接受行为造成显著性差异,但性别和收入不会;文本特征中的紧张情节、复杂人物和感官刺激会对国产网络悬疑剧接受行为造成正向的显著性影响,但正向价值对其不存在显著性影响;个体认知中的自我效能和结果预期均能对接受行为造成正向的显著性影响;环境因素中的媒体宣传、平台评分、熟人评价均能显著正向影响受众接受行为;个体认知在环境与接受行为之间产生部分中介作用。
      本研究还针对国产网络悬疑剧的发展状况,从个性化、技术化、互动化三个方面提出了建议,认为创作者们需要多从受众视角考量,不断提供具有原创性、设计性、互动性的悬疑文本。

    Currently, online platforms serve as the primary broadcasting platforms for domestic suspense drama series. According to the "2022Q3 Domestic Drama Market Research Report" released by EntGroup, 81.8% of the domestic suspense dramas launched in the third quarter of 2022 were web series. However, from an industry perspective, the quality of domestic online suspense dramas has shown a recent trend of weakness, with a significant decrease in high-quality productions. Furthermore, academic research on domestic online suspense dramas tends to focus on individual texts, lacking attention to their audience. Therefore, studying how Chinese online suspense dramas can adapt to changes in the market environment to better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of viewers is particularly important.
    This study, based on the social cognitive theory of psychology, employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, including questionnaire surveys and focus group interviews, to explore the audience acceptance behavior patterns of domestic online suspense dramas. The aim is to investigate the user characteristics, acceptance behavior characteristics, and specific factors influencing their acceptance behavior.
    The research findings indicate that: 1. The typical audience profile for domestic online suspense dramas consists of individuals aged 18 to 35, with a monthly income of 10,000 yuan or less, and educational levels at or below undergraduate, with minimal gender restrictions. 2. Viewers who enjoy watching such dramas exhibit strong engagement, have a habit of binge-watching, and a high willingness to share. They can comprehend the presence of embedded advertisements, possess a certain level of purchasing power, but dislike excessive commercial influence. They enjoy critical thinking and analysis while watching, have independent thinking and creative abilities, and are tired of outdated concepts and narrative techniques. They have a high willingness to interact and express themselves, enjoying participating in real-time discussions. They generally agree that such dramas have achieved good results in plot design, character development, value guidance, and audiovisual expression, while also having a high sense of self-efficacy and outcome expectations while watching. 3. Age and education significantly influence the acceptance behavior of domestic online suspense dramas, while gender and income do not. Tense plots, complex characters, and sensory stimulation in the text features have a positive significant impact on the acceptance behavior of domestic online suspense dramas, while positive values do not. Individual cognitive factors such as self-efficacy and outcome expectations significantly influence acceptance behavior positively. Environmental factors such as media promotion, platform ratings, and peer reviews all have a significant positive impact on audience acceptance behavior. Individual cognition plays a partial mediating role between the environment and acceptance behavior.
    The study also provides recommendations for the development of domestic online suspense dramas, focusing on personalization, technological advancement, and interactivity. It suggests that creators need to consider the audience perspective more, continuously providing suspenseful texts that are original, well-designed, and interactive.
