本研究聚焦于2023年度全国女子足球超级联赛中表现杰出的前三名队伍中的后腰球员。研究着重于这些球员在攻防过程中所展现出的技术特性，以比赛的关键时刻作为研究的节点，结合了文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法、数理统计法与逻辑分析法等多种研究手段，全面分析了这些顶尖后腰球员在传球、射门、个人能力、场上观察、球场推进、防守及攻防转换等方面的技术表现，旨在揭示优秀后腰球员技术能力的关键影响因素。研究发现：（1）在球队控球阶段，后腰球员的传球选择倾向明显。在短传方面的尝试远多于长传，这反映出在控球和推进过程中对短传球的依赖。中场后腰位置的球员展现了出色的射门技巧。（2）在个人技术展示方面，后腰球员显示了较高的个人突破能力。然而，球员之间在个人技术和球队战术配合上存在一定的差异，导致个人突破成功率的波动。（3）在攻守转换的关键时刻，后腰球员的无球跑动表现尤为关键，整体来看，后腰球员在保障球队后防线稳定性上具有重要作用。（4）在对方控球的防守阶段，后腰球员的选择主要集中在抢截球行为，其次是抢断球。这表明在中场的防守策略中，后腰球员更倾向于通过抢截来增加球队的控球率，相较于争顶和抢断，抢截球被认为是更为有效的防守手段。（5）在守转攻的过程中，后腰球员在守转攻时的成功率非常高。

This study focuses on midfielders from the top three teams in the 2023 National Women's Super League. Research focuses on these players in the process of offensive and defensive show the technical characteristics, to the critical moment of the study as the node, combined with the literature method, video analysis, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, comprehensive analysis of the top back players in passing, shooting, personal ability, observation, pitch, defensive and defensive conversion technical performance, designed to reveal the key factors. The study found that: (1) in the possession stage of the team, the passing choice tendency of the midfield players is obvious. There are far more attempts at short passes than long passes, reflecting the reliance on short passes during possession and propulsion. The players in the midfield position showed excellent shooting skills.(2) In terms of individual technical display, the back midfielders show high individual breakthrough ability. However, there are some differences between players in individual skills and team tactics, leading to fluctuations in individual breakthrough success rate.(3) At the critical moment of attack and defense conversion, the performance of the midfielders running without the ball is particularly critical. On the whole, the midfielders play an important role in ensuring the stability of the team's defensive line.(4) In the defensive stage of the other side controlling the ball, the choice of the midfielders mainly focuses on the behavior of grabbing the ball, followed by stealing the ball. This suggests that in the defensive strategy of midfield, midfield players prefer to increase the team's possession by grabbing, which is considered a more effective defensive tool than top and tackle.(5) In the process of the defense, the success rate of the midfielders in the defense is very high.
