中共高校党建是指高校的中共基层组织在上级党组织的领导下，开展的政治建设、思想建设、理论建设、组织建设、作风建设和先进性建设等一系列活动的总称。高校是中共诞生的摇篮，中共自建党之初，就高度重视在高校开展建党活动。纵观整个新民主主义革命时期，中共高校党建在民主革命过程中发挥了关键性作用，一定程度上决定着中共前进的方向和道路。中共高校党建促进了学生运动的健康发展。学生运动是新民主主义革命的重要组成部分，在民族民主革命中发挥了积极作用。主要表现在：它是反对封建军阀、推动国民革命的重要力量；争取民族独立和抗日救亡的先锋；第二条战线的重要构成部分；青年学生与工农群众相结合的桥梁。学生运动之所以取得如此成就，与中共各级组织的领导密不可分。在政治上和思想上，中共明确了学生运动的地位和作用，指出了学生运动的目的和方向，制定了学生运动的方针和策略；在组织上，中共各级组织设立专门机构领导学生运动，中共高校基层组织领导学生自治会、外围组织和学生进步团体，中共派遣优秀党员和进步分子参与领导学生运动。中共高校党建为中国革命、建设和改革培养了众多人才。主要有：干部队伍，包括党政干部和军队干部；普通革命者和建设人才；社会主义革命和建设后备人才。他们均拥有大学学习或工作经历，深受中共高校党建影响。中共高校党建促进了高校师生世界观、人生观的转换，架起了高校师生由知识精英向政党精英转换的桥梁。中共高校党建是推动马克思主义中国化的重要因素。首先，中共高校党建促进了马克思主义在中国的传播。其形式主要有：开设马克思主义理论课程；邀请进步人士做报告，传播马克思主义和革命思想；成立进步团体，开展马克思主义读书活动；创办或利用进步刊物，宣传马克思主义。其次，中共高校党建推动了理论与实际相结合。主要表现为：促使知识分子与工农群众相结合，调查近代中国阶级状况；培养马克思主义理论人才，参与中国社会性质论战。最后，中共高校党建培养了马克思主义中国化的实践主体，即中共主要领导人和马克思主义理论工作者。二者共同推动实现了马克思主义中国化。中共高校党建是中共在非无产阶级群体中建党的典范。中共在高校知识分子和青年学生中建党，既有有利条件，又有特殊困难。为此，中共高校党建以思想建设为重点，以组织建设为保障，成功建设了一支政治上、思想上、组织上完全巩固的无产阶级革命队伍。在思想建设方面，中共高校党建通过学习教育、思想改造和实践锻炼，克服了党内的非无产阶级思想；在组织建设方面，中共高校党建采取积极慎重的党员发展方针，健全组织联络制度、会议制度和领导体制，提高了高校基层组织的战斗力。中共高校党建在中共自身建设中具有关键的地位，一定程度上决定着中共前进的方向和道路。

The construction of CPC at colleges and universities refers to the CPC grass-roots organizations of colleges and universities carried out a series of activities under the leadship of parent organizations.It mainly includes the political construction,ideological construction, theoretical building, organizational building, work style and the construction of advanced nature. University is the cradle of the birth of CPC, since early days, the CPC attached great importance to carry out building activities in the colleges and universities. Taking an overall view of the new-democratic revolution, it played a key role, to some extent determined the direction and road of CPC .The construction of CPC at colleges and universities promoted the healthy development of the student movement. The student movement is an important part of the national democratic revolution .It has played an active role. Mainly reflected in: it againsted the feudal warlords, promoted an important force in the national revolution; it was a pioneer in the national independence and in the anti-Japanese national salvation; it was an important component of the second front; it was the bridge of young students combined with the workers and peasants. The reason why the student movement has been such a success, with the leadership of the CPC organizations at all levels closely. In the political and ideological aspects, it made clear the position and role of the student movement, noted the purpose and direction of the student movement，planed the approach and strategy of the student movement;In the organization, it set up specialized agencies to led the student movement,the CPC's grass-roots organizations of colleges and universities led students’self-governing organizations,the external organizations and students’progress organizations;it dispatched members and progress in molecular to participate in the leadership of the student movement.The construction of CPC at colleges and universities trained large numbers of talented people for the Chinese revolution, construction and reform.There are cadres, including party and government cadres and military cadres; general revolution and construction professionals; socialist revolution and construction back-up personnel. They all have university study or work experience, they were deeply impacted by the construction of CPC at colleges and universities. College teachers and students were transformed theirs world view and life by the construction of CPC at colleges and universities.It was bridge which college teachers and students were transformed intellectual elite into political elite.The construction of CPC at colleges and universities was an important factor to promote the localized Marxism in China. First of all, it promoted the Marxism spreading in China. Mainly in the form: the creation of Marxist theory courses; invited progressives to do reports, spreaded Marxism and revolutionary ideas; set up progressive groups, carried out activities to study Marxism; found or used the progress publications, propagated Marxism. Secondly, it promoted the theory and practice to combination. Mainly as follows: it promoted the intellectuals and the masses of workers and peasants to combination ,then investigated the Modern China’s class situation; it cultivated talents of Marxist theory,they participated in the debate about the social nature of Modern China. Finally, it trained the practitioners of the localized Marxism in China.The practitioners includes the main leaders of CPC and Marxist theorists. They promoted the realization of the localized Marxism in China.The construction of CPC at colleges and universities is a model of party building in non-proletarian groups.It not only has favorable conditions, but also has special difficulties. To this end ,it focused on the ideological construction and organizational building, successful established a consolidate team of proletarian revolution.In the ideological construction, it through the study of college education, thinking and practice reform, overcomed the non-proletarian ideas; In the organization of construction, it took a positive approach to develop numbers, a sound system of organizations , conference system and the leadership system, improved the combat effectiveness of grass-roots organizations at colleges and universities. It has key position in the CPC’s building self-construction, to some extent determined the direction and road of the CPC.
