幼儿阶段是提升国民身体健康的基础阶段,同时也是发展“终身体育”的首要阶段。幼儿的发展方向决定着国家的未来,幼儿阶段正是身心发展的快速时期,此阶段对塑造幼儿各种心理品质有着重要意义。“快乐体操”概念于2014年提出,旨在促使体操进一步发展,让参加体操的幼儿享受乐趣。它将身体动作、律动音乐、团结协作精神和体育锻炼等充分结合起来,基本要素包括跑步、跳跃、攀爬等基本训练,来助力幼儿的技能和身心健康发展。

本研究所采用的文献研究方法主要有文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、对比分析法和数理统计法。以山东省阳信县第一中学附属幼儿园60名幼儿作为实验对象,对幼儿进行身体素质和心理健康测评,实验分为对照组和实验组,每组30名幼儿。依据幼儿所处年龄阶段,身体素质测试选择6个项目:坐位体前屈、10米折返跑、立定跳远、网球投掷、平衡木行走、双脚连续跳跃;心理健康评定为6个方面:动作领域、认知领域、情感与意志领域、社会性领域、生活习惯领域、语言领域。

实验组对照组经过16周的实验观察,得出以下结果:

1.幼儿的各项身体素质在快乐体操练习的加持下能够有一定程度上的提升。根据实验结果:快乐体操对 4-5 岁幼儿的下肢爆发力和身体平衡能力有明显提升;对于身体灵活性、柔韧性和下肢肌肉力量及身体协调有非常明显的提高;而对幼儿上肢及腰腹肌肉力量无显著性提升。

2. 快乐体操对 4-5 岁幼儿心理健康中的动作、认知、情感与意志具有显著性影响,而在社会性、生活习惯和语言三个领域无显著性影响。

3.经过16周的实验教学后,幼儿所在实验组的身高、体重两项指标数据均比实验前提升,且相比于同期的对照组测试成绩,实验组测量数据略好于对照组。

研究得出以下结论:

1.在幼儿身体素质测试项目中,快乐体操对幼儿身体素质的提高效果更佳,发展更加全面;在心理健康问卷测试中,快乐体操对幼儿的心理发展有良好的促进作用,进一步提升幼儿参与运动的积极性,达到身体锻炼的目的。快乐体操课程与常规课程相比,不但可以全面发展幼儿身体健康,还对养成不畏惧不恐惧的心态起到推动作用,达到身体和心理双发展的目标。

2.快乐体操符合幼儿生理及心理特点,趣味性强,可扩展性高。其适合在幼儿园进行开展,能够给部分幼儿园开创新的体育教学模式。

The early childhood stage is the fundamental stage for improving national physical health, and also the primary stage for developing "lifelong sports". The development direction of young children determines the future of the country, and the early childhood stage is a rapid period of physical and mental development, which is of great significance in shaping various psychological qualities of young children. The concept of "Happy Gymnastics" was proposed in 2014, aiming to further develop gymnastics and provide fun for young children participating in gymnastics. It fully combines physical movements, rhythmic music, teamwork spirit, and physical exercise, with basic elements including basic training such as running, jumping, and climbing to assist young children in their skills and physical and mental health development.

The literature research methods used in this study mainly include literature review, questionnaire survey, experiment, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics. Taking 60 children from the affiliated kindergarten of the First Middle School in Yangxin County, Shandong Province as the experimental subjects, the physical and mental health of the children were evaluated. The experiment was divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 30 children in each group. According to the age stage of children, six items were selected for physical fitness test: sitting forward bending, 10m turn back running, standing long jump, tennis throwing, balance beam walking, and continuous jumping with both feet; Psychological health assessment is divided into six aspects: action domain, cognitive domain, emotion and will domain, social domain, lifestyle domain, and language domain.

After 16 weeks of experimental observation, the experimental group and control group obtained the following results:

1. With the support of joyful gymnastics exercises, the physical fitness of young children can be improved to a certain extent. According to the experimental results, happy gymnastics significantly improves the explosive strength of lower limbs and body balance ability of 4-5 year old children; There is a significant improvement in physical flexibility, flexibility, lower limb muscle strength, and body coordination; However, there was no significant improvement in the strength of the upper limbs and waist and abdominal muscles of young children.

2. Happy gymnastics has a significant impact on the mental health of 4-5 year old children in terms of movement, cognition, emotions, and willpower, but has no significant impact in the fields of sociality, lifestyle habits, and language.

3.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching, the height and weight indicators of the experimental group where the children were in improved compared to before the experiment, and compared to the test results of the control group during the same period, the measurement data of the experimental group was slightly better than that of the control group.

The study concludes that:

1.In the physical fitness testing program for young children, happy gymnastics has a better effect on improving their physical fitness and making their development more comprehensive; In the mental health questionnaire test, happy gymnastics has a good promoting effect on the psychological development of young children, further enhancing their enthusiasm for participating in sports and achieving the goal of physical exercise. Compared with regular courses, the Happy Gymnastics course not only comprehensively develops the physical health of young children, but also promotes the development of a fearless and fearless mindset, achieving the goal of both physical and psychological development.

Happy gymnastics conforms to the physiological and psychological characteristics of young children, with strong fun and high scalability. It is suitable for kindergarten development and can provide innovative physical education teaching models for some kindergartens.
